After troubleshooting, their diagnoses was worn out rear leaf springs. After the leaf spring replacement and front alignment was complete, the car now sits level and drives perfectly straight. Here are my take aways: 1) I was shocked how reasonable the price for all of this was! 2) They had the car for a few days to get all the troubleshooting and work done, I must have received six phone calls from Ray and Dave (owner) keeping me posted on the statis of the work. 3) After the job was complete, we took the car home and got yet another call from Dave in the evening asking if the work on the car was satisfactory. I can't express enough gratitude for that. 4) All said and done, I have never been so taken care of by a shop. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer.
