CHP impounded my Audi on aug 21st 2024 They called kilroys to come and retrieve my vehicle from a parking space in front of holiday market grocery store. The audi was released to us from kilroys on aug 22nd 2024 after having to pay just under $900 to get it out of impound Here's the kicker. A bunch of my stuff was missing from my purse and toiletry bags inside the audi. These items were inside of my purse and toiletry bags which were inside the audi when kilroys came to pick it up. Items lost/STOLEN: a BOATLOAD of SEPHORA & ULTA BEAUTY products, creams, lotions, seeums, makeup, facial sorays, mists, setting sprays Also, my 2010 FORD F150 keys (value: $300) were no longer in my purse which was inside the audi for the duration of its 24 hour stay at Kilroys BEWARE don't leave any valuables in your car if its to be towed to kilroys for impound because they are NOT going to be in your car anymore when you pick it back up. I got a 3.5 inch suspension lift installed and I brought in wheels and tires that were already mounted and balanced. They did an amazing job. I've drove the truck a little over 1,000 miles no issues. The owner told me after the installation to bring it back after the first 1k miles and they'll retorque everything and do a safety inspection at no cost and they'll also do one every 5k after that, so every oil change. A company that does checks on their work like that at no cost is a great company. Owner and the workers there are great guys with great customer service. 100% take your truck there.
