Love this Napa Auto Parts store. It's now the crew from Pine Auto Supply and Napa Auto Parts. You get that warm feeling that you're shopping local and the guys in the store are SO HELPFUL! That's key as a woman shopping for auto parts. Been having problems with my battery, and I called and they helped me troubleshoot over the phone then I headed down to the store. The guys came out and tested my battery. Love that they have the Graffigna Bros Auto Parts sign up outside. I remember seeing that when I was a little kid, and it's a part of Lodi history! read more

They treat female customers neither dismissively or patronizingly, what a concept.Their recommendations and advice are spot on, their personal network for referrals is outstanding, and they freely share it. They are our go to supply parts for the Kubota, Dodge Hemi, Honda and Toyota, and source things for the 1973 Jeep (which is rapidly approaching her end of life). I have been purchasing parts here for 40 years. As a female making repairs, I have had only good experiences here, with every person working there has been respectful and helpful. This is where I went when I needed to replace everything to do with my air conditioner--they put it all in a box and loaded it for me. When my husband needs a little more help than other people, they are pleasant and help him understand what he needs to do. I love these guys!!! They are the greatest group of guys around. They are efficient fast and very down to earth. They treat EVERYONE the same. Ladies...all of us have had the experience of going into an auto parts store and people trying to pull the wool over our eyes. $50.00 for an air filter....Really??? Not at Graffigna!!! These guys are straight shooters. They offer a great service and they pride themselves on doing it well! They have no control over the types of parts they need to sell, that bag belongs to the manufacturers. I say cheers to the staff at Graffigna!!! This is not a Napa store. I used Yelp to guide me to purchase new brakes and called these guys. They tried to switch me from what I wanted for some cheap no name brake pads. Warning...these guys no longer have access to NAPA. read more
