SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A BATTERY HERE... I purchased a Durlast gold battery a few years ago with a 5-year warranty. Between the time of purchase till now they only offer a 3- year warranty. They will not honor the warranty. They gave me $46 and change towards a new $230 battery. Buy from Costco or another establishment. Don't put yourself in a bind. Im a mechanic that Ive been coming here for 5 years and its a good place to get your tools and parts, whenever i look at the reviews for this store, i start laughing cause its ridiculous how many people complain when they dont get the solution to something they dont know what they want, to those people that wanna complain cause if you dont know whats wrong with your car then you shouldnt expect auto part shop employees to figure out the issue to your busted up car, im sure the employees would be working at a body shop if they had the knowledge and experience to get paid more if they were mechanics, so many of you need to put your pride and entitlement aside and have more patience with them, cause they do the best they can, and if you cant do that then work on it yourself and stop depending on others to fix your problems, Especially if you are a man! I had my battery die and they said they could fix it. When I got there they told me I'll have to open up the car to tell them which battery it required and didn't even have the tools to make me do the work. When we couldn't check the battery they said they couldn't jump the car after I drove it there to get it replaced. Thankfully other customers were more helpful. read more

In 10 years shopping batteries and having the new batteries installed by personnel in this store they told me they were short of staff and I had to install the battery myself. I told them I had a bad back and ankles and had no tools that's why I always buy batteries at Autozone. The guy just gave me an adjustable wrench and I socket. I couldn't put the battery clamps to hold the battery in place so at least he helped me. Frustrated as we were with a dead battery, we walked out happy and satisfied. My ML500 wouldn't start and needed a new battery. They had what we needed in stock. Randelle was so very helpful!! Absolutely horrible. Took over an hour to buy a battery. Then she asked "how do you want your receipt?" I replied email. And then she hit no receipt. So in return mean no for some reason I can't get my 10$ core charge.
