Came out and told me I needed an alignment, as if that wasn't what I had come in for in the first place. I asked them to go ahead and do it, and they decided they didn't have time after all. After 5.5 hours. At the same time they told me I needed my brakes replaced and they need to order parts, they would call me when the parts were in. Over a week later I called them to see if the parts ever came. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and then sent me to voicemail. I left a message asking about the parts again. They never called back. I don't know what has happened to this location, they used to be good.
