The service department was really good. I just had maintenace and back breaks with new white wall tires replaced on my Road King last week. I want to start this review by saying this was one of the most unprofessional service and staff experiences I've ever had -- and that's coming from someone who works at a motorcycle dealership in the area. I brought my 2019 Harley Road Glide in for service after a blown head gasket so the repair could be completed under warranty. The repair was done, and they replaced the head gaskets, piston rings, etc. (parts shown in photo). The repair timeline was reasonable since it was the middle of winter. Fast forward to this month: after putting around 1,000 miles on the bike since the repair, I checked the dipstick and found the oil was extremely low and completely black. I later discovered that Lone Wolf's service writers and technician did not change the oil. When I called and asked why this basic procedure were skipped during an internal engine repair, I was told warranty denied those items. I contacted the warranty company directly to confirm, and they stated they never received an invoice for oil. They also told me they do NOT condone this type of behavior and that Lone Wolf had misrepresented the situation to me. I escalated the issue to management and had a sit-down meeting with the service manager, Steve, and the general manager, Dan. During the meeting, Steve became extremely confrontational and was ultimately removed from the meeting by Dan for literally screaming at me because he was frustrated with the situation and knew he was in the wrong. Dan ultimately refused to do anything to correct the issue with either me or the motorcycle. He told me he would not help unless I chose Lone Wolf to perform future work for an upcoming cam job I already have scheduled with M6 Cycles next week. The meeting ended with Dan saying he would "research" whether changing the oil was required by the service manual. Since then, I have heard nothing back, and my calls have gone unanswered. Moral of the story: NEVER have Lone Wolf Harley-Davidson service your motorcycle. Take it to M6 Cycles in Post Falls for certified Harley service work (warranties accepted), honest repairs, and technicians who won't cut corners and turn your motorcycle into a liability. The way they treat customers clearly reflects how the business is run. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against both their sales and service departments as a whole. I will also be contacting Harley-Davidson corporate to escalate this matter further, as this situation represents a serious liability concern. I will update this review if Lone Wolf makes any attempt to correct the situation. read more

It's amazing when you go in to get a new face shield for your helmet, come out with a new bike. My wife and I met Jordan inside. He came up started talking with us, invited us both with the tour of the shop. Found the bike upstairs and it was screaming buy me, buy me. A very nice 2018 Electra Glide Ultra Limited. The 3 of us sat down started all the paperwork, Bob was great in helping with the financing and got a good deal on interest rate. Thanks Bob! Got a little extra money, so of course had to buy a couple things right off the bat. Steve, the service manager went above and beyond to get the new items installed. Thanks Steve. You kept your word. Bought a new road glide there last year while I was on a road trip. On the ride back to Salt Lake City, the bike started throwing multiple codes halfway home in Boise. Boise harley was zero help, other than to say if I knowingly continue my ride with the particular oil pressure code it could void the warranty (a whole other story), so I had to UHaul my brand new bike from Boise to SLC. I had contacted my salesman immediately, who told me to send the receipts for the Uhaul and misc and they would reimburse me. Sent receipts in the same envelope as the title for my old bike, and never heard from them again. When the bike was looked at in SLC, they noted that Lone Wolf had the oil a quart low which triggered the pressure warning, and they hadn't fully seated electrical connection for the brakes, which threw all the other codes. As furious as I was, the fact that they said they were going to make it right was a consolation; turns out that was b.s. read more

This place is the absolute worst dealership. I cant tell you how many bikes my family and our friends have boughten from here and they still treat us like trash. My brand new car even got hit while out there and they basically REFUSED to do anything about it or check footage. I called them over and over for months and had never heard anything back but a text saying someone will look into it! That was March, Its june and still nothing. But will be SO FAST to take your hard earned money and give you a "good deal" for a bike so they can actually sell one. Also went to trade in some boots for a different size, said they had to order them in and then I ended up getting a return the next week instead of my boots! read more

I had to give one star to post a review, If there was a way to post a negative star I would. I made an appointment to have two things done to my 2003 anniversary edition, one was to go through my electrical system and find out why the battery live was only a week or so, the other was to install a new throttle cable. when I returned to pick up my bike I was told the battery had a good charge so there was nothing wrong with it and the cable was not replaced. I made this apt 10 days prior and replaced the battery that morning. There was nothing wrong with the cable other than its an OEM part and I wanted it replaced because it was 23 years old. The POS who worked the counter in the service department began reading a list of crap about how the cable was out of adjustment and that was causing the trouble and binding. I never had any issues other than it was old and I wanted it replaced. so that tells me that they make up things about your bike. Nothing I wanted done was done but they had a list of ideas of what caused a problem i didn't have. I am not sure but it is possible that the POS I was talking to was the same jerk who worked the intake counter a Latus in 2003 when I bought my bike. Bought a new 2023 Pan America here recently. Been looking and wanting one for a while now. This was my first new vehicle and major purchase in my life. I'm a young adult, and was eager, excited and thrilled. But, from the moment of taking it home I've felt betrayed and unable to fully enjoy it. Between dealer and "other" fees/charges, the total was around $3,100. The bike alone was $5,000 over MSRP, and $1500 over the typical listing price. Prep, freight, "appearance protection", "other charges and fees", accessories and labor (mind you I had no accessories). That's including a $5,500 trade in. Additionally, when mentioning the dealers "End of Year Model Closeout" deal, which was up to $2,000 in credit or accessories, it was blown off and I received none. Granted, I could've haggled and read more into the papers I signed. Could've negotiated and asked questions. I accept blame and guilt on my side. However, I believe the Lone Wolf sales team and salesman knew I was inexperienced in this type of purchase and moment in life, and used that against me in their favor to make a good profit on a vulnerable customer. Instead of assisting me in this purchase and decision, and working with me, I feel as if I was conned and manipulated. Being 25, I have ridden Harley's for the entirety of my 8 years of adulthood and enjoyed them dearly. However, this will be the last purchase from HD for the remainder of my life. This is a learning lesson that corporate America, including the iconic and beloved Lone Wolf and HD in general are just here for the money. Beware. read more

I collect dealer challenge coins so I figured it was a good opportunity to pick up a new one. After I get inside I'm greeted by friendly staff whom I assure I am not here to buy. And they respected that. I pick out a coin and browse riding gear that I'm not particularly interested in. Make my way over to the selection of bikes. Nothing catches my eye and then I see a Livewire display complete with a bike. Meh. Electric bikes... I'm kinda looking because why not. So this guy Andrew comes up and starts chatting with me about the bike. Telling me it's a blast to ride and I again, in my not so inviting tone, let him know I'm not buying. "That's fine, but just let me know if you want to take it for a test ride." So after he and 3 other staff put together some riding gear for me I hop onto this boring sounding electric scooter and give it a try. Before I pull off Anthony says give it a good twist. It's on safe mode. (That sounds terrible). I pull up to the main road hearing nothing I am used to. No roar, burble or thumping. Just the sound of a chassis rolling over pavement. So here I go... HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL!!!!! This thing hauls like nobodies business. I crank it over and am introduced to acceleration not too far off from some of my old sport bikes. It. Effing. Flies. Came back to the dealership with a grin on my face. Gave back their loaner riding gear and thanked Anthony for a great experience. This review is in regards to their clothing department. I have no idea what the sales and service departments are like here. We travel around a lot and usually pick up a dealer branded Harley T-shirt if the town or the dealership name is interesting. Lone Wolf HD certainly qualified...... purchased a nice T-shirt at an insanely high price. $38.... The reason for the high rating is because of the super helpful and friendly clerk. Usually, the HD clothing boutiques are staffed by young cupcakes who have never slung a leg over a motorcycle. Not this chick! Tattoos all over and I got the impression that she has more miles in the saddle than I do and I've been riding since I was 15 years old. It was a long drive so it was nice to take a break, pick up a T-shirt in a town that we will probably never stop in again and chat with an old school "Biker Babe". read more

I will try to keep this short. I was unable to get a 5k service done in a timely manner in the middle of summer riding season. I tried to schedule in late June and was given an appointment SIX WEEKS later. Had I ridden my bike it would have voided my warranty. I don't think a glorified oil change should take that length of delay. I know it wasn't a service department problem. It was a staffing issue. I have emailed Lone Wolf 3 times with NO RESPONSE. I called Corporate Harley and was assured I would be responded to. That was 11/11/19 and still not a word. It's clear I don't matter to this dealership. James is an incredible salesman, jumping through hoops to get me exactly the bike I wanted.....however.... After that I've been extremely disappointed. While installing the accessories I bought and paid labor to have put on the bike, it was dropped off the lift, damaging a front fender. They ordered the fender from the factory and assured me it would be fixed by the time I picked up the bike 2 MONTHS AFTER I bought it. I called the service department to make sure it was ready before getting on my flight FROM ALASKA to go pick it up. They said it was scheduled and I would be contacted if they ran into any problems. Well, I flew in and my fender was not replaced, the accessories I ordered and paid labor on already were not installed, and the male customers at the dealership were regularly allowed to interrupt and talk over the discussions I had with service department staff. I got a half-ass walk through of some of the functions of my new bike, and they're going to mail me the fender they damaged to deal with when I get home. I don't recommend using their service department under any circumstances. Buy a bike if you will (a Harley is a Harley), but if you want work done right and your new bike to not get dropped before you've even ridden it, go elsewhere! read more

Took a vacation from Las Vegas and this Harley dealership is one place I wanted to visit and see if the prices are right for me compared to what Las Vegas has to offer, sadly when I walked in to Lone Wolf Harley, not one sales person came up to me and greeted me! Even when I tried to get help, people just looked at me and I know they were sales people because they were all in Harley shirts, they walked away from me! Quite possibly the best run business I have ever dealt with! Seriously!!! I recently bought my 2nd Harley from Lone Wolf. Working with Samantha in Sales is great; her knowledge and patience for stupid questions deserves the highest recognition. And, most importantly, she worked with me to get a deal I couldn't turn down on both bikes. There were no games. Just good honest discussion on what I wanted and how to get a fair price. The whole sales team is so completely chill, buying a bike here is truly a zero stress engagement. The other departments equally excel. The ladies in motor clothing are so helpful and attentive that I cant help but stopping in to see the latest. The parts team seems infinitely knowledgeable and do a great job helping you find your perfect mod. The service team treats their customers with respect and courtesy and treat me like I've been working with them for 20years. Lastly, the crew at the Riding Academy take their job appropriately seriously and do their best to give expert instruction and coaching. This is a place that really acts like the customer is #1. Kudos to the Lone Wolf Management team for having the presence of mind to build a team of folks who are sincerely committed to customer satisfaction. Bought our bike new from lone wolf in 2020 , early this year brought it in for a stage 2 upgrade for $3678.57 . They charged me for 2 cams , well I have a 114 m8 motor which is a single cam motor and not a twin cam . Why did I pay for 2 cams ??? All they give me is excuses and will not make this right . I went into Lone Wolf today to look at the new CVO Road Glide. A certain salesman asked if he could help me. I asked him if the Road Glide came in and he said no and the other is sold. He said he could order for $1000 down and walked away. I had a lot of questions about that CVO. I came in to buy it but that way that salesman treated me, I won't buy another bike there. When I travel, I like to visit the local harley dealership and pick up a tee or hoodie. This dealership has to be amongst the top contenders for crappy T-shirt selection AND way over the top prices. I found a short sleeve T-shirt with the plainest, most boring design on the back (just their dealership name and city) and it cost $44. $44!!!!! Anyone who knows harley T-shirt's knows they are priced around $29-35. $44 is even higher than what I've paid for harley shirts at international dealerships, such as Tokyo, London, Barcelona, etc. you could maybe justify the price if it had a really cool local design printed on the back and front, but no, just the lone wolf name and city. The selection was minuscule, there was no pride in local design or showcasing the beautiful city of Spokane...just a lost opportunity for customers. The merchandiser for this dealership should look at Orlando, Crystal River, or Missoula Montana's harley shirts for beautiful designs...you could use the help. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. I won't be back. read more

I told them my tira was in bad shape and not safe to make it home to Everett. It was only noon and they didn't make any attempt to help me. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I called earlier in the week to get a quote on some parts for my Road King, and as the parts department was swamped I was routed to Service (Gary) and he took my information and stated that he would have someone call me back. After 2 days of no calls from the dealer, I called back and again was sent to service (Gary) and explained the situation. He was very cordial and agreed that this was an issue and not good customer service to leave a customer hanging. I asked to speak to the General Manager and Gary took my information. 5 minutes later, I receive a call from....the parts department (Tim). I could tell that he was a little irritated by his voice and said that I could be upset, or he could help me right now. I told him that I felt like I was an imposition to him because of the tone of his voice and told him I would call another dealer. I ended up calling the Hell's Canyon HD (also owned by the same owners as Lone Wolf) and had a better conversation with the lady (Jessica?) but was asked to text a picture of the bike so that could make sure the options available would work. I am frustrated at this point, as the part I was looking for should have been an easy find, so I had to finally call an HD dealer in Billings, MT. (Beartooth HD) that was willing to look into this and even offered to pull what I needed off another bike, if they had an option that would work. Beartooth HD called me back within 2 hours and said they may have an option but would have to call the factory to make sure the CVO set-up would work with my Tour-Pak. I give Gary an A+ for understanding the customer's concern. I give Tim a D- for his attitude. I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again, because I feel like they are too busy and my money is not worthy of their time. I give Beartooth HD an A+++++ for going the extra mile to ensure the customer was taken care of. read more

Although I haven't signed the papers on a purchase as of this moment (25 May 2018), I have to say that Andrew Klawitter in sales is a must-see for anyone considering making a purchase. He is extremely personable, tremendously knowledgeable, patient and truly passionate about what he does. I feel it is almost a crime to call him a "salesman," because he brings so much more to the table when it comes to excellent customer service (not merely sales). He truly sets the experience apart from the rest. Andrew spent three hours with me discussing at length all of my concerns and questions, and his wealth of experiences as a rider and Harley owner added tremendously to our conversation. As someone relatively new to the Harley/biking communities, he made me feel right at home and never once made me feel ashamed for being new to the scene. Just bought my second Harley from Lone Wolf. Usually buying a new vehicle anywhere is a stressful and trying experience. You will not find that to be the case here. It was a very pleasurable experience...again. It's the only shop I will buy a bike at. By leaps and bounds the best shop in the state, or any of the neighboring states.
