I'd had a number of parts that needed to be ordered along with some technical mechanical work to be done, Long story short - these guys had the bike only 4 days including a 2 day weekend, called me and said my bike is ready to be picked up. I was flabbergasted. If anyone rides a motorcycle one thing you'll quickly learn is that if you need the bike dealer serviced it can often take weeks!!! Not only was the service done promptly it was done very professionally. The staff I deal with, Kevin, service manager, Joey and Shawn at the front desks are incredibly professional, courteous and just plain nice men. Robin the KTM tech is excellent. He's meticulous about his work and is well trained. I know he's been to all the proper KTM schools so I have no concern with him doing anything to my bike that needs to be done, In addition he checks things over and finds things that needed tightening or adjusting. All in all I can't say enough about this shop.

I want to start this review by saying this was one of the most unprofessional service and staff…read moreexperiences I've ever had -- and that's coming from someone who works at a motorcycle dealership in the area. I brought my 2019 Harley Road Glide in for service after a blown head gasket so the repair could be completed under warranty. The repair was done, and they replaced the head gaskets, piston rings, etc. (parts shown in photo). The repair timeline was reasonable since it was the middle of winter. Fast forward to this month: after putting around 1,000 miles on the bike since the repair, I checked the dipstick and found the oil was extremely low and completely black. I later discovered that Lone Wolf's service writers and technician did not change the oil. When I called and asked why this basic procedure were skipped during an internal engine repair, I was told warranty denied those items. I contacted the warranty company directly to confirm, and they stated they never received an invoice for oil. They also told me they do NOT condone this type of behavior and that Lone Wolf had misrepresented the situation to me. I escalated the issue to management and had a sit-down meeting with the service manager, Steve, and the general manager, Dan. During the meeting, Steve became extremely confrontational and was ultimately removed from the meeting by Dan for literally screaming at me because he was frustrated with the situation and knew he was in the wrong. Dan ultimately refused to do anything to correct the issue with either me or the motorcycle. He told me he would not help unless I chose Lone Wolf to perform future work for an upcoming cam job I already have scheduled with M6 Cycles next week. The meeting ended with Dan saying he would "research" whether changing the oil was required by the service manual. Since then, I have heard nothing back, and my calls have gone unanswered. Moral of the story: NEVER have Lone Wolf Harley-Davidson service your motorcycle. Take it to M6 Cycles in Post Falls for certified Harley service work (warranties accepted), honest repairs, and technicians who won't cut corners and turn your motorcycle into a liability. The way they treat customers clearly reflects how the business is run. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against both their sales and service departments as a whole. I will also be contacting Harley-Davidson corporate to escalate this matter further, as this situation represents a serious liability concern. I will update this review if Lone Wolf makes any attempt to correct the situation.

On 07/08/26 I traveled 245mi from Eastern Oregon to test ride a very specific motorcycle. Due to my…read morestature there were only two motorcycles within a 50 mile radius of each other that would really fit me well and had all the features I needed on it. When I got to Harper Motorsports the staff was incredibly nice. The staff was also eager to answer any questions I had and wanted to accommodate anything I needed. I did decide to go ahead and buy the motorcycle I had originally come to see. The staff was absolutely wonderful and insightful with the financing process. Harper Motorsports was also very translucent about their as is policy unused vehicles and or motorcycles. Agreeing to this. I signed all the paperwork, financed the motorcycle and went on my way. I live 245 mi away. So about 100 mi into my journey home. I noticed that there was oil leaking on my motorcycle boots. The suspension on the front of the bike did start to alter mildly. Because of the time of day that this all transpired. It was becoming dark and I still had another 150 mi before I was going to be home. Instead of turning back or calling the dealership. I just went ahead and headed for home. The next day when I got up I inspected the bike and found there were a couple of issues with leaky oil. For one. There was a motor oil leak that none of us were aware of at the dealership. There was also very significant oil leakage from the fork sills on the motorcycle. That day I reached out to Jared from Harper Motorsports and alerted him of the issue. Although the bike was sold as is, he was instantly very concerned and admitted it was an oversight on their behalf that their mechanic must have missed it. Even though the bike was sold as is, Jared said for me to go ahead and check out what I needed to get checked out and get back to him. I took the bike to a mechanic and it did have an oil leak and it needed some fork seal and forks components replaced. At the time when I was communicating with the mechanic and Jared, it's important to note that he was traveling abroad celebrating an anniversary with his wife, but he still took the time to communicate with me while he was overseas. Once I got all the details back from the mechanic I shared that information with Jared and he did Express that he would get back to me when he got back to the States. Although the bike was sold as is. Jared said they recognize that they didn't realize how bad of a problem there was with the bike and even I didn't notice it there, but they wanted to make it right and that their family core values and reputation are very important to them. Harper Motorsports kept me a check for a very significant amount of money when they didn't have to to help cover repairs and the trouble and time I would be out of having a motorcycle. I must say this is very unusual and it's not likely to occur often, but they went above and beyond to help me and it is so greatly appreciated. I can't express what a wonderful family business and terrific service this company has. I highly recommend to family and friends. If you're looking for a dealership that has integrity and core values, I suggest that you try out Harper Motorsports. They went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough.
