Paid 5 hours labor + additional expenses for a cleaning of a clutch and replacement of a belt. Talked to the main dude there(from what I could tell) and he told me that parts(if needed upon cleaning and removal/replacement) would be no more than about $100 since these clutches are found on every street corner...but when I get "the call" from them about the replacement parts, they said it would actually be $300 instead. I asked the main dude about this and all he says is "yep" and that was it. Didn't say anything about him giving me a triple price quote on PARTS AFTER HE HAD ALREADY INSPECTED AND REMOVED THE PRIOR CLUTCH. Talk about the ultimate in bait and switch. I have been looking for a reliable shop for my SxS, my quad, my Harley, my dirt bike and everything else in my life that makes living fun....sadly, I am still going to be looking after this experience. I am giving 2 stars because they actually DID some work on it, and people should get paid for work done, even if you don't agree with it, and I don't want their business to be affected by this one circumstance. I'd had a number of parts that needed to be ordered along with some technical mechanical work to be done, Long story short - these guys had the bike only 4 days including a 2 day weekend, called me and said my bike is ready to be picked up. I was flabbergasted. If anyone rides a motorcycle one thing you'll quickly learn is that if you need the bike dealer serviced it can often take weeks!!! Not only was the service done promptly it was done very professionally. The staff I deal with, Kevin, service manager, Joey and Shawn at the front desks are incredibly professional, courteous and just plain nice men. Robin the KTM tech is excellent. He's meticulous about his work and is well trained. I know he's been to all the proper KTM schools so I have no concern with him doing anything to my bike that needs to be done, In addition he checks things over and finds things that needed tightening or adjusting. All in all I can't say enough about this shop.
