Wow. I used to rely on this place and thought they had a good business going. Unfortunately, they have completely gone downhill and I will never go back. Here's why:
1) My bill was DOUBLE what I was quoted when I authorized the work. I talked to two different people and maybe they got their signals crossed, but this is inexcusable and it was quite a bit of money down the drain.
2) Despite my written bill stating that they "removed, cleaned, oiled, and reinstalled" the air filter, THE AIR FILTER WAS MISSING! THEY DIDN'T EVEN REINSTALL THE BOOT!! I checked the old parts bag and found the boot, but no air filter. What a horrible lack of attention to detail.
3) There were panel attachment bolts missing from the body panel around the air filter. They were not in the parts bag.
4) My invoice said tire pressure was set on all tires. It wasn't even close.
5) My invoice said the unit was washed. It was filthy.
Although these last two items were not a big deal, it certainly makes me wonder where else they cut corners or simply failed to do the work they claimed to have done.
I now have zero trust in these guys due to their obvious dishonesty, outrageous overcharging, and failure to competently complete even the most basic tasks. If nothing else, I hope this review prompts them to get their act together for the customers who choose to continue to use them, because I'm certainly not going back. read more
