Left my Bike there for 2 weeks. For a should be simple fix. Told me it was fixed 2 days after I dropped it off was would pay $600ish. I went to pick it up after 2 weeks because I was traveling and was finally able to. Told me it wasn't ready and my total was $800+. I wasn't prepared to pay that amount for an unfixed bike and didn't want to leave it around for a $1200 bill for a lighting fix. I paid the $300 diag fee. With no answers. Should've never taken it in in the first place. Would have saved $300. Unfortunately I'm highly unsatisfied with my experience. Wouldn't recommend going here at all. Do it yourself and save yourself a fortune. Even if it's a real pain to fix. read more

Had a written agreement for purchase price on a UTV. Was on my way to the store when contacted and told the unit I was buying sold to someone else for more money. The manager Cameron pretended like he would honor the deal and find me the same unit but he couldn't find one so could sell me a year newer model at thousands more. Weird. This is the same shop that worked on my bike for a servicing in 2006 and changed the tires for new ones as well. I was going to be gone 11 days, going from Coeur d Alene down to San Diego through Nevada, and I was leaving the next day. All the way down, every time I would lean into a turn, especially to the left, I would hear a grinding/scraping kind of noise. I thought maybe something was dragging the ground, but no. The brakes looked fine. Everything looked fine and worked fine so I kept going. As I was heading down San Bernardino grade at 80 MPH just to barely keep up, the scraping got worse. I arrived at my destination late at night and the next day went to a local bike shop in that town. I explained the problem and the merchanic looked it over and said, "well, there's your problem. The guy who changed your tires didn't put the axle nut back on." All that held the front wheel on for 1400 miles was a pinch bolt through the right fork. The scraping was the downward weight of the bike separating the forks and causing the axle to rub. I bought a new nut at and some LocTite at WalMart for a buck fifty and fixed it myself. I hadn't noticed it missing because I didnt take it off and didn't realize it was supposed to be there. I immediately called the shop and told the manager, and he was apologetic with hat in hand and offered a free oil change and fluid check to make up for it, but I figured I might drive off leaving a trail of oil like in a Bond movie and I wasn't going to risk it. Sorry to see little has changed. I love my town and would love to support the local businesses. But not if they suck at it. read more

I bought a Ranger 570 this past November, still waiting on windshield and doors. I was told two weeks originally. I was then given an expected date of yesterday, January 15. Now there is no expected date and nobody can give any information. It seems the factory and the dealerships have no way of communicating with each other. I have been told several time that they will keep me posted. This has yet to happen. read more

Made the same mistake so many others have as well. When I read the reviews I should have gone somewhere else but I tried to give a local a chance. Big mistake. I brought my ATV in for a platinum service. It costs $650. When I picked up the machine today, the rear light did not work. It stated on their paperwork that is was checked. Obviously they did not. They fixed the light and then I asked about a MISC charge for $25. They stated it was for Shop Supplies but would not give me an explanation. I asked where that was stated on the work order or posted anywhere in their shop? Manager stated that he charges everyone that and the number can fluctuate. Then why not disclose in advance? He said, "hey, I need to make money". You got $650 for 5 hours of work and you didn't even do all the work! I asked for a refund on the $25. He gave me half ($12.50) and told me to take it or leave it. He also stated that he charges sales tax and cell phones have fees too. I shot back with yeah, and they are disclosed in advanced and posted. Like legitimate businesses would do. Asked if he was willing to let a future customer go over $12.50 and I guess the $650 he made one time was good enough and said yep. What a *%+{*{! And I told him that too. Pay attention to reviews. They are there for a reason. I'll take my business to Spokane or the internet first. When the economy cycles again and falters, karma will follow. read more

My husband and I bought a 2020 Polaris Rzr from post falls powersports. The salesman Cameron was knowledgeable and friendly. We bought extras for the new toy and were extremely happy with our purchase. After 1 day of driving it the heater hose had a large hole in it due to the poor placement. After the second ride the Rzr started making a banging noise when the tires would slip. We sent it back to them to be worked on for both issues. After 3 weeks of sitting at the shop they still can't figure out or hear the noise we are talking about. So we figure maybe it's gone. After we get it home and take it for a spin it INSTANTLY makes the noise. So we call them again.....they suggested we take it back to them and go for a ride with the technician. However we had recently moved across the state so we took it instead to our local Polaris dealer in Mount Vernon Wa. My husband called them before we went and before he finished his sentence of what was going on the technician knew exactly what the issue was ( the carrier bearings are bad) so we took it to that shop and it will be done at the end of the week. Also to note post falls sold us the wrong roof so not sure how we will be making that right. The staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. For future reference ( I guess Polaris is known for these bearings going out ) so If your Rzr makes a banging like hammer noise when your tires start to slip it's the carrier bearings just Incase they can't figure it out read more

Went in once to purchase a side by side and was unable to get tHe attention of a sales person. Went back a few weeks later when my father was with me and suddenly had no trouble getting attention. Apparently having a man in the picture was what was needed. I purchased a Kawasaki mule in cash. Returned several months later to add a wench and plow. Paid for parts and left the mule there. Was told parts would be in next week and installed. Called a week and a half later and was told parts were on back order. Got a call several days later to tell me parts were in and I could bring my mule in. I informed them my vehicle had been on the premises for almost two weeks. I called several days later to inquire about completion and was asked if my parts had been delivered yet. Stopped in the next day to speak with a manager and was told my vehicle would be completed that day. Went in later that day to pick up to an invoice that was several hundred dollars higher than quoted Spent the next 15 minutes assisting with calculations to get the total correct. No one inn this facility communicates with inne another. There is no real customer service to speak of. Enter at your own risk, unless of course you are a man, then you should have no problem. read more
