Buyer Beware...Hopefully, this post will stop some people from shopping at this store. Bought a Polaris Razor from Post Falls Powersports ( 6040 E Seltice Way, Post Falls, ID 83854). When purchasing I told them it was for the sole purpose of plowing my driveway. First snow of year-cable fell off that raises and lowers plow. I explained situation, to Cameron the "Manager"-Repeated, the sole purpose was the plow for my driveway-which was explained when we bought unit. I reiterated this on the phone-unit is not registered as its only used on our property. In addition, unit is wide open-even if I could "drive it there" I would be hypothermic...I asked to please have owner call me-Cameron refused to even take a message for him, stating that would not happen. Just bought a RZR from them. Sales guy was easy to deal with, but then again i didn't bother to beat them up on the price too much. This is a dealer...and like most dealers their prices are a little inflated, but you should know that going into the place for a new atv/utv or parts. I was looking for wheel/tire combo (which they carry) I shopped around and i was able to get the tires and wheels for around $1000 cheaper online, only thing i had to do is bolt them onto my RZR. Shop around for your parts if you feel they charge too much. As for servicing....I have not used them yet....when I do I will update this review if any info changes. As for the other 2 reviews for this dealer..... you have to ask yourself, would you take the opinion from anyone with only a few reviews.... and the only reviews written by them are negative. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here because I saw a Craigslist ad for a new 2014 Kawasaki 650 for a great deal.. $6500. They are currently doing a military special where they'll take off $500 for any 2012 or newer. The guy helping me Knew I was military and unfortunately I didn't see this promotion until the next day. I'm not the only person they've screwed out of rebates! They refuse to do anything about it. I ordered a part (which I was also disappointed to find out they charged $100 more for what I could've gotten it for) I asked if they could do something about the rebate, like putting the links on free of charge.. It's a $75 job to put on the lowering kit for the $600 they ripped me off on.. But they said they'd call us back and never did. So to wrap up, I would give them no stars for being sketchy, having no customer service, and their outrageous prices. The only reason anyone probably does business with them is because they don't have another Kawasaki dealer close. read more

Probably one of the poorest examples of customer service you can find. Completely rude, using bait and switch tactics and zero follow through on their word. Long history of poor interactions with their customers, just do a little research on these guys and take your money elsewhere, they offer no value to your hard earned money. read more

DO NOT USE POST FALLS POWERSPORTS SERVICE DEPTARTMENT UNLESS YOU ARE A PREFERRED CUSTOMER - That is unless you purchased your machine from them. Post Falls Powersports had my 2015 Polaris 570 quad for five weeks and finally completed the extended warranty repair three hours after I complained to the dealership manager. The dealership manager explained that because I wasn't a PREFERRED CUSTOMER (ie: I didn't buy my quad from them) my service work order wasn't worked on until all Sales and Preferred customer work orders had been taken care of. The fact that I was a regular customer (they had previously worked on my machine 3 times in the previous 16 months) didn't matter. My work order would always be last to get worked on. So much for the 2.5 weeks backlog I was quoted when I dropped off my machine. The original repair was simply to replace the regulator, as the new battery was not charging. According to the repair invoice, the mechanic spent 0.02 hours diagnostic time and 0.6 hours work time. So 0.62 hours work was done in 5 weeks. I dropped it off June 1, 2017 and was notified it was avail for pick-up on July 7, 2017. I do understand the service dept. occasionally needing to prioritize an emergency repair but their Preferred Customer policy in unacceptable. Upon getting my machine home, I noticed the handlebar winch control switch was broken and the throttle cable adjustor boot had been pulled out of place. Had the damaged existed when I dropped the quad off, I would have asked for it to be fixed under warranty too. The Post Falls Powersports service manager confirmed the mechanic had no reason to be working in the handlebar control areas. I can only assume it was damaged intentionally since I complained or just carelessness during the 5 weeks it sat in their shop. They also failed to replace the tie wrap holding my after market trickle charger cable off the floorboard so just another example of sloppy work. To be fair, Post Falls Powersports has worked on 2 machines (4 different work orders) for me and this is the first time they have screwed me Fortunately for me, there are 3 other Polaris dealerships within 50 miles of me. Worst customer service ever! Bottom line. Called another dealership about the hard top roof for my UTV after being quoted a price of $409.00 from your dealership just to see if they had in stock. The price they quoted was lower by $50.00. Called Cameron back and asked why the difference in price. He said they were running a special or something. The other dealership was NOT running a special and even the price online was lower from several outlets including the Kawasaki website. I said so I should drive to Spokane and purchase the hard top for less money and he said and I quote "If that's what you want to do go for it" What the hell kind of bullshit customer service is this? More disturbing was when I asked Cameron to call back my credit union and see if they could raise the loan amount by 500.00 he said he would. No call back to me was ever made until when I went in to sign the paperwork and he said my credit union said they would not do it but low and behold I called my credit union today and they pulled everything up and said that only one request was ever made for the initial loan amount and that I would have more than likely been approved for the extra 500.00 or I may have even had to come in with a little cash which I had also. I and HIGHLY pissed off about this transaction and will NEVER do business with your place of business again nor will I recommend anyone to go there. I will drive the 30 miles to Spokane to get my atv serviced as well as purchasing any other equipment. At this point I am ready to "Unwind" this deal and turn this atv back in go to another dealership. read more

Inflated prices, poorest customer service and they do not care about the customers only the $$$ if you don't buy from them they even make you wait longer for service so don't even try.. go to Spokane or even Sandpoint before these knot heads! read more
