Gus was honest, good price and great service! Winterized sea-doos. Looking forward to using his business in the future.

I have been coming here for the past few years, and it has always been reliable and the price is…read morereasonable. My dirt bikes and quads have been through a lot but are still going strong because of the repair and maintenance received here. Sometimes there is a wait but they are hiring more mechanics.

Paid 5 hours labor + additional expenses for a cleaning of a clutch and replacement of a belt. Talked to the main dude there(from what I could tell) and he told me that parts(if needed upon cleaning and removal/replacement) would be no more than about $100 since these clutches are found on every street corner...but when I get "the call" from them about the replacement parts, they said it would actually be $300 instead. I asked the main dude about this and all he says is "yep" and that was it. Didn't say anything about him giving me a triple price quote on PARTS AFTER HE HAD ALREADY INSPECTED AND REMOVED THE PRIOR CLUTCH. Talk about the ultimate in bait and switch. I have been looking for a reliable shop for my SxS, my quad, my Harley, my dirt bike and everything else in my life that makes living fun....sadly, I am still going to be looking after this experience. I am giving 2 stars because they actually DID some work on it, and people should get paid for work done, even if you don't agree with it, and I don't want their business to be affected by this one circumstance. I am writing this review as a "BEWARE" if you go here. Best of luck.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from this shop. Initially I bought handlebars…read morefrom them and found them to be friendly and informative. So, when I took my bike in with questions about my clutch and it needing carburetor adjustments, I was told I needed my steering head bearings replaced and that nothing with the clutch was needing to be fixed. So, for the sake of safety, I made an appointment. Now, I made this appointment a month in advance to ensure I would be able to get my bike fixed efficiently. I also said to replace the valve cover gasket since it was leaking. I dropped off my bike on July 6 and the bike was not ready until August 8. I was forced to sign something that stated vintage bikes could take longer, but I had no idea it meant over a month! When I had taken my bike to a different shop, they had the service done the same day. I thought that was the whole point in making an appointment to begin with. Also, I had to be the one to contact them for updates. The only time I heard from them was to inform me that I would have to pay additional money for a part that they broke by torquing it too much. And, the part would be used since it was no longer carried. This alone made me very unhappy, but I wanted my bike back. I told them if there was any other service to be done, please do it since I did not want to wait another month if I ever brought it back in. However, when I went to pick up my bike, they only had fixed the steering head bearings and rather than the original $200 I was quoted, I was forced to pay $400! I do not understand why they take any more customers if they are so overloaded (tons of bikes are always lined up out front). I also am incensed that they recommended I have carburetor adjustments done, the FT Master Cylinder rebuilt, and the valve cover gasket replaced when these were things I was told didn't need to be done or would be done too. This is some of the worst service I have ever had in the mechanical history of my cars, mopeds, and motorcycles. I do not plan to return nor do I think others should give them business. I feel ripped off and do not feel like this business is operating with good ethics or integrity. On top of it, when I voiced my dissatisfaction, I was smiled at in return. I do not think this is a funny situation and hope others do not fall for the long winded rhetoric they give.

I took it to bayley's and, after giving the me the requisite headache about it not looking brand *ing new (every motorcycle mechanic does it. If your parts are not brand new they will b*** and blame you. It happens, but then you don't ride to please them, do you?) he took the job, which is a relief, because half of the reason it looks poor is because of other motorcycle mechanics. Anyway, guy gets the bike done in the scheduled timeframe but then tries to weasel out of taking responsibility for it running correctly. Says "put real gas- no ethanol in it." So I do. Runs just like new! Problem: there is only ONE station within 100 miles which sells ethanol-free gas. A motorcycle has about 100 miles in a tank. So I had to fill it up at a gas station which sells regular 91. It now runs exactly the same as when I brought it to him. I got ONE tank out of it, because if you are chained to a 50 mile radius (100mi /2) of that station which sells specialty fuel its NOT FIXED. Mechanic blames "bad gas." One tank of standard 91, from a high volume station, as the manual calls for, doesn't destroy correctly done work. Brad is friendly and timely to be sure, but, really, if a guy's work only runs on specialty gas, then its NOT DONE CORRECTLY Caveat emptor

I looked for a place that could fix and reassemble the Honda. I found Bayley's Repair and checked recommendations on Yelp. I am so glad that I brought the motorcycle to him. It was a great choice. I brought all the bits and pieces to Brad Bayley. He was not upset that it was disassembled. I gave him a description of the problem as well as a short list of other things to do like change the oil. I told him that I wasn't in a rush. Brad called about a week or so later and said it was ready. The bike ran like it was new even though it had 146K on it. All the repairs were done. Brad showed me the coolant hose and location where the leak occurred. The explanation and answers to a few other questions were concise and clear. Brad has a small shop that is mostly filled with motorcycles. It was exceptionally neat and well organized. The bill was quite reasonable. I remain pleased and highly recommend Bayley's Repair.
