They called right away and had me come pick it up and we had a good laugh. Another wonderful experience I had was when my brakes went out on my vehicle, they called me the same day and told me they actually found a warranty at the dealership and due to the warranty it would be at no cost if I brought it there. I couldn't believe how honest and for the people they were. They even provided me with the code for the warranty. Again they're the most trustworthy shop I could not recommend them more! I've been turned down by two other auto shops for a cabin air filter change because my car was "too complicated" to have it changed. Excuse for "We don't want to". Patriot Auto didn't even question it and now I don't have to have my fan on full blast to get a half decent AC airflow in my car. That's not a big deal to some, but my engine and I are thankful in this 90°-100° heat. I'll be back!

They called me and told me that it had low compression on cylinder 1 and was going to need a new engine as well as many other repairs it needed. After quoting me a very high price, I declined and proceeded to pick up my truck later that day. When I went to pick up my truck, they again stated it would need a new engine, but when I asked what caused the low compression they stated that they did not know why. After taking matters into my own hands, I found amazing and consistent compression on all 8 cylinders of my engine and a faulty EGR valve that was causing all my problems. After replacing the EGR valve the truck ran flawlessly and hasn't had that problem since. I am so glad I didn't fall for a new engine! I would recommend staying away from Mechanics Pride as clearly they have no clue what they are doing. Thanks for nothing!

Sculley's on Pines was the winner!! Brought in my 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 to get a few things fixed, before I needed to drive down to Boise (to bring my child back to Spokane). I was able to get the dash lights fixed (meaning the dash and other dash lights work) and they were able to fix the HVAC output and the heat (or AC) blows through any option (defrost, dash or floor vents). They were also able to do an oil change (warning light came on while driving to drop off the vehicle). I am happy I found a reputable mechanic that's close to home.
