So easy! We needed a headlight bulb for our car, and as they say, always buy two because if one…read moregoes out, then the other one will go out soon. Our purchase was made online, and it was ready to be picked up within 30 minutes! Plus, I think that the day after Thanksgiving must have been a sale day because the same bulb was much more expensive at nearby competing stores. There isn't currently a designated pickup parking slot, but if you pull up to the front door and give them a call (use the telephone number from the email that they sent letting you know that the item is ready), they'll be out shortly with your order. At least that is how it worked out for us. The person bringing the item to our trunk was masked. Very convenient and so easy.

Lo and behold, Napa had exactly what I needed with a $10 savings for Black Friday. I guess you do luck out once in a while. Curbside pick-up was available and so, at about 7:30 a.m., I ordered the bulbs and requested curbside pickup. Just before the store was scheduled to open, at 8:00 a.m., I received an email saying that my order was ready to pick up. When we arrived in the parking lot, I called them, told them I had arrived and within 2-3 minutes we had the package in the back of the SUV and we were able to head back home. This is another store that has made it extremely easy to buy stuff during COVID-19 time. THANKS!

Needed windshield wipers. I picked out the wrong ones for my vehicle. One of the guys behind the…read morecounter told me I needed to go get different ones. I went back and found the correct ones and stood in line again. Once I got up to the counter with Raj, (very welcoming person) my experience was so much better! I paid for the wipers and he went out to my truck and installed them for me. I tried to give him a tip, but he refused! So many places put the tip jar out and you're expected to tip. This was one service I really thought deserved a tip for going above and beyond! I tried several times to give him the money, which was barely enough to cover a coffee at Starbucks, but he just wouldn't have it. Truely a genuinely kind person who enjoys working with people! Went in today to purchase items to do an oil change. Had all the items needed except a filter which…read moreneeds to be obtained from the counter personnel. There were 2 people behind the counter and a few others walking around trying to look busy. The individuals behind the counter were both on the phone and never once acknowledged me or attempted to call for help from any of the other employees. After approximately 10 mins standing waiting for someone to check me out I left. Another individual had been waiting also and I noticed he walked out behind me empty handed. Been a customer here for many years but sorry to say no longer. I'll go somewhere else to purchase all my automotive needs.

When getting quoted for a job they did not come look at the car and the new part I wanted to install so I either thought they were confident they know what they're doing/talking about, but no. They assumed it was a part different than discussed and didn't realize it would require more work than replacing the original part. They then asked for more time mid job and an increase in the job's cost (from what I originally agrred and signed for. I returned at a later date to ask how much it would be to finish and they said since the bumper has to come off, it would take around 2 hours of labor, so the cost would be $300. The original tech had told me he had everything routed for me to finish wiring "without" taking the bumper off. So either it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to take a bumper off I could do in much less than an hour, or they're lying about things and can't keep their stories straight. No wonder I've walked in while they argued on the phone with someone.
