My cat was returned to me partially trimmed and uneven. To be fair, they did not charge me for the service. However, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked professionalism. There was no clear explanation beforehand that they might be unable to complete the grooming, and no real guidance or alternatives offered when they stopped. If a business is not equipped to handle certain cats or more difficult grooming situations, that should be communicated clearly before starting the appointment. Leaving with a partially shaved cat and little explanation was frustrating and disappointing.

Animals are Sarah's passion. She was caring and conscientious from the first time she came over to meet our 'kids' (Bacon, George, and Qui) pics below! She asked about feeding, walking, sleeping, and overall quirks of our dogs. We rescue older dogs and they come with some special needs but mostly just spoiling. Sarah is so good at spoiling my only fear was our dogs would love her more than they love us. Lol! I can't say that was far from the truth.
