I love that they have online appointments which make booking very easy. They've almost always had some availability in a short time frame and offer evening weekday appointments. Prices are really reasonable especially for some of the newer stylists. Prices are clearly listed on their booking system by stylist and service which I really appreciate. I've been with different stylists and they have all been great. Recently had a very great haircut with Emmie who was great about listening to my preferences. Maddy as well did a fantastic color/balayage for me that had grown out well even after a year. I had a minor issue with a service recently and the staff were so so nice about immediately accommodating me for a fix up.

The linens had a noticeable mildew smell, which made me uncomfortable right away. The massage itself was disorganized and at times painful in a concerning way, not therapeutic pressure but pressing directly on bones. I had booked a deep tissue massage, but no area was worked on long enough to actually release tension. It felt like random, surface level movements rather than intentional work, and it didn't provide any relief. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this did not meet basic expectations for professionalism or quality. I would not return or recommend.

I am still there for the 2 minute walk from my home but please new and prospective new members know that their assurances of new equipment and remodel is highly unlikely. Facility A/C was down for nearly two weeks and they kindly offered access to other locations, no small %off our monthly membership fee. Also, you mat freeze your membership with a $50 / month fee.

I knew the stars aligned when I met Nanda. My heart skipped a beat and I knew I was smitten as I fluttered my feathery lashes. I'm addicted to having these puppies applied and Nanda is the one to do it. I used to go to someone out in Bucktown, but quickly transitioned myself to Nanda as she's just down the street from my apartment, charges SIGNIFICANTLY less so I *REALLY* get my bang for my buck and she's just absolutely wonderful. Nanda is super punctual. Always on time. Polished. Ready to go. Super flexible if you need to be squeezed into her busy schedule, she'll do it for ya. Also, the private room that she rents is spotless. So clean, smells immaculate and it makes me feel so cozy comfy. She plays great music as she works on my lashes and we chit chat/catch up on life. It's an hour that I really enjoy. Go see Nanda at the Spa on Oak. She's fantastic and you WILL not regret it.
