I was excited because I usually have very small and thin lashes and after using a growth serum I now had long, but thin lashes. I don't like to put mascara on every day so this was my solution. Fatima was so friendly when I walked in and took special care of my lashes - especially noting my not necessarily strong growth. She carefully lifted and tinted being careful with what I have and I am thrilled with the results. The person who made the appointment for me was great and sent me a picture of the outside noting there had been some confusion with a place nearby. I will say Google Maps sent me down the wrong street (though visiting, I know my way around) so make sure you look at the names and addresses on the store front.

But my appointment was booked with Xiya (the owner) and NOT Anna, so why is the appointment canceled? She didn't even offer an apology for the cancellation. She was extremely accommodating as I had to reschedule my appointment and very easy to get in touch with through email and answer my questions. She is so talented at creating a lash style and type that best suits your face and your goals. This is a new spot and she books up quick. My advice is to set something up in advance. It was easy to make an appointment online. My appointment started right on time. Julia took her time with my brows to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She mapped out my ideal brow shape and used a combination of waxing, tweezing, and trimming to get them looking perfect. She was very gentle too - I barely felt the wax removal! Pricing is fair and on par with other specialty waxers in the area. I had a much better experience here than I did at waxing chains in the area. I will come back here again and have Julia do my brows when it is time for a touch up.
