First, it's made with pork, beef and veal for a unique flavor, split down the middle, and their signature mustard has a slight, delicious tang to it. And while waiting for the order to be filled, you can read a sampling of postcards sent to Walter's during various decades. Lots of history in both ambiance and taste that you will love. She can speak a bit of English, and is very willing to try. She makes the tamales at home (I recently had to unexpectedly visit her place to pick up an order of 15 tamales and I could see her kitchen is neat). Sometimes they also also prepare Mexican food but that´s just for clients. Ask for her phone number and she´ll tell you more details.
