False advertising for store hours. Be aware they do not open what they advertise. Sign says 9am.

Worth noting, it's over a year later and no one from this company ever reached out and apologized. How's that for customer service?

Worst customer service ever. We have called over 20 times with no call back, have even left the president Jim Martyniuk a message, but nothing. Bought our pool 2 months ago and getting the run around about installation. They blame it on their contractors. Well I paid them, it's their responsibility to work with their contractors. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to this store several times as well as called. Every time I feel like I am bothering them as they all stand up front on their phones and chatting. Nobody seems to be able to answer any questions, in fact I called a Namco in CT to get a liner question answered. After reading reviews for Namco I was hesitant to purchase a pool from there. We went the week before and got all the regular pricing on the pools. The woman was nice enough to inform us of the upcoming sale over the holiday weekend, which we did know about. We went on Labor Day to purchase the pool and would t you know, the dirt bags marked the pool up over $800 to then put it on sale. I asked to speak to a manager and low and behold I was already dealing with her. She was not very customer service oriented and I find that nobody in there is anywhere as knowledgeable as the people at seasonal in Amherst. Much better pool, warranty, liner, and knowledge for a scant amount more money. Buyer beware. Go to consumer affairs and read reviews also before you buy from this company. read more

Do not do business with Namco. They have been a complete nightmare to deal with. I purchased a patio set in April. Two weeks after the original delivery date I was told it was no longer in stock. Eventually after calling nonstop I received the set. The delivery men did not wear masks and were incredibly rude. The table arrived broken. For two weeks I have been trying to get this issue settled. The Peabody store and the cooperate office do not answer their phone and when they do you are told they will call you back with a solution and you never hear back. Namco clearly only cares about money and not about customer service. read more

Namco helped us with operating and balancing our pool after we were completely scammed out of a bunch of money from Matley's. They were honest about what we needed (almost nothing), when Matley's would push the most expensive chemicals that didn't even work for our pool. I haven't had much luck calling the store, but in person they have been amazing. read more

Save yourself a lot of headaches and do not purchase or have your pool installed by Namco. Our liner is full of wrinkles and the overall quality of the installation is unacceptable for what we paid. ​What's even worse is trying to get someone to help you remedy the situation. Our phone calls, multiple emails, in person store visits, and hand written letters have all gone unanswered and no one has been able to help us. Once they have your money that is all they care about. Their customer service is the worst of any company I've ever dealt with. read more

If I could give a zero star for customer service I would Where did at the customer service counter for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged ask a few questions where particular items would be located and the service person had no clue As to where anything was I stood and watched as many customers were also looking for parts and supplies for their pools and I could tell their frustrations as well. sorry Namco but definitely will not be going back to this location. I'm sure this review means nothing to a big huge conglomerate company as big as Namco but just leaving my review for people that may be considering going to Namco in Nashua save yourself the trip and find something else read more

This store and particularly, Kris, the store manager is exceptional, they are extremely knowledgeable, far more than most pool stores. They go out of their way to assist with everything in a friendly manner. They know what they are talking about and offer advice on everything to do with pools, it is not often that customers get this kind of service and attention from a store, particularly a pool store. read more

Came in today because I wanted to change my hot tub from chlorine to bromine. Asked the salesperson how I do that he indicated that he could not explain that process. He mentioned that I should be certain of which chemicals that I needed to by as they were non refundable as soon as I walked out the door. I asked if anyone in the building could talk to me about the process and he said that the company was just bought out by another company and everything is different now. Nobody knows anything about this. He mentioned that I should research this online or visit one of his local competitors who can walk me through the process. Huh? read more

We bought a pool from Namco Feb 2017. The clowns they have for installers are an absolute joke. They installed our pool end of May, which wasn't an issue. The first issue was trying to get an installer. That took a month, since Namco forgot to add in their notes we didn't have space for a bobcat in our backyard. The installers that showed up were 22 year old kids, 3 of them, and told us they were trying to get this job done as fast possible as we were not top priority. When they told us they were finished, they started filling up the pool, and didn't let the liner set in the sun. So naturally, THE LINER RIPPED. It is now August, Namco hasn't responded to the numerous emails or phone calls we have made. We paid over $4500 for a pool that's losing 6+ inches of water a day, a pool that my family can't use, and warranty on this pool that apparently is useless because Namco refuses to call or make any attempt to fix this. I will never recommend Namco to any friend or family and will encourage people to look elsewhere. The next step is legal action. Namco is garbage. read more
