We had the mango lassi, malai kofta, butter chicken (both entrees come with basmati rice, which was perfect) garlic naan, aloo paratha and samosas! The curry/ gravy of malai kofta and butter chicken was almost the same, both have a tangy tomato lingering taste at the end. Butter chicken needs to have its own distinct smoky buttery flavor, which was missing. The kofta ball was nice. Garlic naan could be more garlicky and crisp. Aloo paratha was evenly stuffed with potato stuffing but contains ginormous amounts of whole coriander seeds. I felt they could be coarsely ground that would be best, taste wise thumbs up. The samosa had crispy covering and moist gooey potato filling served with tamarind chutney, green chutney; loved it! The yoghurt served with the aloo paratha was definitely home made, it had a layer of malai on top! Mango lassi was refreshing in the scorching sun, could be a little less on elaichi. They were out of the Goat curry, will visit next just for that. The Trucks operation hours are only the weekends, do not miss out.

That wasn't made at the food truck, it was store bought. So it was ok, but not as good as I've had before. CORRECTION: The Mango Lassi IS freshly made in the food truck. It was nice to have it in a plastic container so it didn't spill. It wasn't the best I ever tasted, but it was delicious!

What a great little place! The town and campus were relatively empty for a Wednesday, so I was one…read morefor the few people there.... Usually that's a red flag, but this place was great! I got the chicken curry with a side of naan. I ordered medium spice.... I should have realized this was a real place and not an Americanized one. The spice was about my maximum tolerance, but soooooooo flavorful. I am looking forward to going again to try some of their chickpea dishes!!

My group and I had a wonderful, spontaneous dining experience here over Labor Day weekend. We were…read moreinitially walking to a different restaurant when we paused outside this place and realized we were all craving some great South Asian food. Since it was a holiday weekend, Pullman was incredibly quiet, and the restaurant was completely empty when we walked in. However, it quickly filled up with a steady stream of both dine-in and takeout customers once we sat down. The food did not disappoint! We tried a broad range of dishes: the Paneer Tikka Masala meal, the Beef Tehari meal, and a Shish Kabab meal from their special menu. Everything was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Word of warning on the heat: we asked for medium spice across the board, and it definitely had a kick that felt slightly over a typical medium level. To drink, we tried the Mango Lassi--which wasn't the bright yellow color you sometimes see, but tasted absolutely great. Pro-tip: make sure to order the ginger version of their black tea. It's incredibly soothing and the perfect way to finish a big meal. The service was lovely and very welcoming. This place definitely deserves a visit at least once, and it is officially on our rotation list for our next trip to town!
