There were 4 and just avg. Entrees arrived at 13:40pm. Chicken Byrani and Lamb Korma. Both dishes were very tasty. The naan was exceptional. We're new in the area and we are all Indian food lovers. When we picked up the food from the restaurant , it made me wonder why the place is almost Empty?We ordered several items and were disappointed: smaller portions for the prices, soupy way of making the chicken tikka masala, aloo gobi, and vindalo( it's all made like soupy stew with more on tomato sauce), the chicken biryani has raw red onion and it's like all the ingredients were not cooked together And came from different packaging and just got mixed together and served . My favorite Indian dessert which is kheer were old rice pudding and cold from fridge and the rice tasted like it's kept in the fridge for a month with heavy thick cream ( no taste at all). Only one thing was good was the namste grill naan. Also the staff needs proper hygiene routine too. Will never come back to this place again even if I'm hungry for the whole day. read more

Indian food is one of my favorites. I decided to try this place tonight and from the moment I walked in, I smelled an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, things didn't get any better from there. The samosas we ordered were lukewarm, the popsicle chicken drumsticks were grizzly and of poor quality, they used dark meat in the chicken entrees and it tasted old and stringy. We did enjoy the naan breads, but the entree portions were small and the service lacking. We sat in front of dirty dishes for the entire meal and the check took forever. Also, I'm accustomed to getting a complimentary serving of papadam to start at other Indian restaurants, but this place seemed very frugal. Overall, I was disappointed so we decided to cut our losses and went to Too Jay's for dessert. Sorry, I can't recommend this place. read more

Hot Wife and I have driven by Namaste Grill for a while, and have wanted to try it, and today we did. The location is good for parking as it's a little further from downtown Stuart, so it's not as crowded. Namaste Grill has indoor and outdoor seating, the outdoor seating being dog friendly. We ate inside. The decor inside is very pleasant, calming, and gives a luxurious feel to it. We started with some house wine (Cabernet) and some vegetable samosas. The samosas were well cooked, crunchy shell, and had a great deal of filling in them. Sides of a mint sauce and tamarind helped enhance the flavors if you so choose. For lunch I had the Navartan korma. It was rich and flavorful with a bit of a spicy kick to it (you can order anything mild-spicy, I chose spicy). The vegetables were crisp and tasted fresh. The korma comes with rice (in a unique presentation for the rice which was a nice touch). The rice was cooked perfectly. Hot Wife had Paneer tiki masala, mild to spicy. She was very pleased with her choice. I tried a bit of it as well, quite flavorful, and filling. The service was great. The waiter was genuinely kind and attentive without being overbearing. We were quite pleased with our lunch choices, and even brought some home to eat later. (Yum!) They seem to offer a lunch special that is advertised on the window of the store front but not on the menu (at least I didn't see it). There is a special on drinks I saw as we left, 50% off of your first wine (not exactly sure) after 4 pm til ?. Don't quote me on that. My family was craving Indian food so we found this spot which was closer to our home in Stuart Florida. The servers in the restaurant were very nice. My daughters tried their mango lassi they said it was good but when I tasted it I want to describe the flavor like a rotten mango but sweet with carbonation if that makes any sense.. The lollipop chicken was very delicious had a very distinct but sweet taste and deffinately had me licking my fingers. My daughters both had the butter chicken one of them was mild you could taste all the spices in it but no flavor and my other daughter had the medium butter chicken which was mildly flavorful. It was served with a bowl of rice. We also ordered about three different types of naan bread garlic ,chili pepper spicy, and regular naan -those were also really good. The setting was nice and the music being played really went well with the type of restaurant we were eating at. Location was really good prices were a little on the high side for the quantity of food that we paid for but overall it was a nice little experience sadly I don't think I'll ever ever go back there again. First visit here, and we will be back, but with a little better idea what to order. My wife and I are adventurous eaters, and usually try ethnic food for our date nights out without our kid. Stuart isn't exactly a hotbed of good ethnic restaurants, but there are some. Side note....I would kill for a dim-sum/authentic Chinese restaurant here! We love Indian, and never had Tibetan food. Wanted to start with the tandoori mushrooms, but they were out. Had samosas instead, they were fine, but wish they had the fresh tomato curry that most others have. Also got some papadum to have with the curry, they charged $3, most Indian restaurants serve them free. For entrees, had chicken korma and goat tass, both medium. Chicken was great, portion wasn't huge, but the sauce was so rich you didn't need a ton. Goat was interesting, first time I've had Nepalese food, and I'm sure it is what those who need quick protein at high altitudes, need. It was somewhere between jerky and stir-fry, with an accompaniment of side dishes, like rice flakes, beans, and soup. I liked it, but it was very different from Indian food, FYI. This place is awesome! Seriously, the best Indian meal that I have ever had in my life. Wifey and I went on a Friday night and had the most excellent meal. She ordered the Butter Chicken which was tender and tasty. I ordered the Lamb Korma which was also tender, and the sauce was rich, flavorful and perfect. We also ordered the plain Naan, which was perfect. My only regret was only ordering one. The service was fantastic and even with a bottle of wine the whole meal was affordable! I went there Saturday evening with five other friends from Nepal and India , we did not know that the original Owner Dr. Paudel had sold the restaurant to his brother-in-law and his Niece and some SHADY MUSLIM FROM BANGLADESH who has gas station's . Three out of the five of us got very sick later that evening and it is Monday night and just starting to feel a little better now but it was hell ! Upon further research I found out they had 25 health code violation' s in October and 14 violation's on the follow up visit and 5 violation's in December ! mistake I should have listened to my friends who wanted to go to Bali Twist or Moksha Indian Brasserie in Fort Lauderdale but I did not want to drive that far but I tell you this it would have been worth it not to get sick from a unsanitary kitchen and a staff with bad Hygiene practice ! when Dr Paudel owend owned the restaurant he was on top of them ! If you have ever had food poisoning or the real Flu you will under stand the travel time would have definitely been worth it ! go to TC palm Martin County Restaurant Inspections they will give you the information on where it is safe to eat with low chances of getting sick ! The food was not good. One advice to the owner, please educate the service staffs on customer service. Walking to service staff with an empty glass for water when the restaurant only had two tables may not be ideal for fine diners. Literally the table got 0 attention after the order was taken. It took 38 minutes to come to the table. no service staffs came to let us know about the delay. Once the food came, no one came to ask how the food was. The only Indian food I've had in Stuart/ Port St Lucie. There aren't a lot of places to choose from but I was happy I found this restaurant to serve my Indiana food cravings. I recommend the Saag (has lots of spinach and greens but made creamy and very delicious even if you aren't a fan of greens) and Vindaloo. I usually get chicken but also like lamb. Dev took a really good care of us on the end of a Sunday night! We had Samosas (I missed having mango chutney with it tho), Lamb Korma, Matar Paneer and Garlic Naan. Also a Mango Lassi. The Lamb Korma was def our favorite! The Naan was delicious also! I'm new to Indian cuisine but I've been to Namaste twice and both times the food and service were excellent. The staff are always friendly and eager to describe the menu and accomodate requests. Tonight we tried the goat tass and the lamb kadai. Both were very tasty! We also had the garlic naan with dinner. It was perfect. I have been wanting to come here and today I had the opportunity. I ordered a lunch for an office that included some Indian physicians as well as some vegetarians. Everyone was impressed. The flavors were very good although what we had may be a little spicy for some, I thought they were delicious. I had a taste of the chicken Biryani, which was chicken breast chopped with basmati rice , nuts , raisins , hard boiled egg.. it was excellent and ordered medium so it was not overly spicy (except for those with delicate palettes). I also tasted the chicken curry, wonderful flavor ! I also tasted the Bhindi Masala.. excellent! I now realize how much Inlive Indian food, I just had not found food like this before on the Treasure Coast. I often prefer vegetarian meals but so many restaurants lack any creativity when it comes to vegetarianism.. this is a great place for vegetarians! I am giving 5 starts because the food was very very good, very creative (maybe not so much for the Indian culture) but for most of us here it is something different and refreshing. The whole staff was incredibly helpful and took time to explain all the dishes to me in detail and carried everything to the car for me. They thanked me for ordering. I can't wait to come here for dinner and try something else ! The naan bread and the garlic naan were also delicious. The restaurant itself is very attractive inside and out.
