We stopped in for lunch with no knowledge of the restaurant. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly gentleman. The restaurant was completely empty. It is decorated in traditional Thai decor with Thai music in the background. You don't feel like you're in a strip mall. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Tofu with mixed vegetables. Prices were $14 and $13. And they came with the soup of the day, which was a chicken noodle soup. Monica said it was delicious. I don't eat chicken and there are no substitutions. But the waiter brought out a salad with peanut sauce a few minutes later. Unexpected but very nice. And the peanut sauce was delicious. Both entrees were super tasty. Four months ago my son Sean found this place by accident. Sean travels all over for work so he's way too picky about food. He was thrilled with Thai Bistro. My wife and I have been there about 8 times since then and are always pleased. Their hours are unusual but we've adapted. Lunch ends at 2 and dinner starts at 4:30. With the raving reviews we decided to stop in for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant opens at 430 and we arrived at 520 and there was one couple in the restaurant eating. We sat far away from the couple more toward the middle of the area and we reviewed the menu. We ordered a shrimp appetizer and it was nice, $12 for 4 shrimp. I ordered chicken and shrimp pad tai and my wife ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice. The meal was ok, not as spectacular as the reviews suggest, my wife's meal was dry, she asked for sauce and we were given duck and soy sauce in a little take out packet, like the Chinese restaurant take out, I was floored. What appears to be a better than typical restaurant, I still receive sauce in a packet. I would not return, there are better Thai restaurants around, and most make their own sauce.... One of the better Thai restaurants I've been to and I'll say that because they don't over sweeten the food. The ambience is quite nice, perfect lighting, good decor, and quiet Thai type music, I suppose it is but you'll enjoy it in there. Service consisted of an older man, an older woman with the man waiting on the tables and the woman mostly being hostess and organizing takeout orders. These two were mature, soft spoken, cleanly dressed with a groomed appearance, and were there clearly to serve the customer. A couple of the things that arrived at the table where fresh spring rolls, not the fried spring rolls, chicken pad Thai and roasted duck. All of these were superb. The waiter left us alone while dining, but was clearly there if we needed him which we didn't because he provided everything we needed without even asking if you like Thai food this is one of the better ones read more

Just had another amazing meal at Thai Bistro. The food tastes incredibly fresh and clean -- you can really tell it's made with quality ingredients. Nothing feels overly processed or heavy like a lot of restaurant food. Just had dinner on Sunday and am VERY disappointed. Greeted with "We busy, Be patient". After 5 minutes we were seated and received menus. An employee filled our glasses and left. At this point more people were arriving and three tables were empty. After another 20 minutes and finally our order was taken. After 15 minutes we received our appetizer and after another 25 minutes we received our entree. I requested a pot of hot tea and was told he had to make it? Never received it or had an explanation as to what happened to the teapot. I did see one lone teapot on a table across the room? Meal was mediocre at best! This is more than fine dining. It's an experience. We have lived in NYC for 35 years and 5 stars we base on the finest dining experiences we have had in NYC. Thai Bistro of Stuart FL would thrive as one of the finest dining experiences in NYC, but I am so grateful it is in my town. We have been to Thai Bistro twice, just to make sure the first time wasn't an anomaly (yes, it was that good). It was even better the second time. Definitely have the Pot Stickers. They are brown and crispy on the edges and so moist and delicious. I have had the Beef Spicy Noodles and the Beef Panang Curry, which has a sauce as smooth as silk and a taste not matched on this Earth. My wife had both the Chicken Pad See Ew and the Chicken Egg Noodles, both were earthy, delicious and addicting. The Chardonnay (J. Lohr) is great, a healthy pour and cold. The first time I had warm Sake (oooohhh) and the Singha beer the second time. The fried banana for dessert was a perfect ending. Thai Bistro is by far the best dining experience we have had in Southern Florida over the past nine years, hands down. read more

This is best Thai place in treasure coast, one of best anywhere. It is beautiful, serene. In a strip mall a bit south of town, but worth a trip. The food is fantastic.
