We decided to come here for dinner since we were in the area on a Thursday evening. Got a little nostalgic as this was a regular hangout spot for me about two decades ago. We drove around until we found a spot in the back of the parking lot. There were a few people waiting as we walked in. The delightful hostess advised it was a 15 minute wait so we went to the bar and sat right away. The friendly bartenders took our drink and food orders. I got a lychee cosmo which looked and tasted amazing even without an actual lychee in the drink. My husband settled on one of the IPAs recommended by the bartender that wasn't too bad for a gal who despises beer. I ordered the highly coveted poke nachos for my entree and hubby got the fettuccine Alfredo. The tuna looked and tasted delicious. I did have to take most of the Serrano peppers off as they had my mouth on fire. We watched old music videos on the bar TV and reminisced how packed it use to be on weekend nights where you could barely walk through the restaurant. Overall it was a grand time. I've been to Yard House for happy hour at least 4-5 times. It's usually crowded and loud. The poke nachos are my favorite but let's be honest, their food gets better and better with drinks. Unfortunately, my latest visit ended on a sour note. A manager brought a few dishes to our table. Just as he started walking away, I said, "Sir..." Nothing. I said it again. Still nothing. The third time, I said it louder because I know he heard me each time. He finally turned around and responded with, "WHAT?" in a very nasty tone. Excuse me? I simply needed his attention and this was the response. That's not how you speak to a customer especially as a manager, the person who should be setting the standard for hospitality. I later asked our server what his name was, without explaining why, and she told me it was Ed. Ed clearly needs a refresher in customer service because that interaction was completely unnecessary. I really should report my experience directly to corporate office just because of how unnecessarily nasty this man was. read more

First time at the restaurant and it was nice. The menu had a variety of options. We started with chicken nachos which were good. Can't go wrong with nachos. For my entree I tried the lobster garlic pasta . It came out steaming hot. The flavor was good just a little too salty for my liking. It was good for a first try for me but I most likely would never order again. My friends all said their food was good as well. The one thing that stood out was that that good sized servings. Makes you feel you're getting a good bang for your money. The server was nice and the ambiance is fun and friendly. I heard happy hour is the best and you get apps 1/2 the price. read more

I usually am not a Yard House stan but it was super busy at downtown PBG Saturday night and we couldn't get into literally any restaurant without an hour wait... welp, Yard House said 10-15 min wait and we were sat in like 2 min! Food was excellent and a great place to watch a soccer game with plenty of TV's in bar and restaurant. Every week my Wife and I do Friday date night. We frequent mid-price restaurants. Lately it seems like they've all missed the mark. Bland food. Tonight we did Yard House. What a great experience. Our server Bird was attentive and pleasant. The food looked good and tasted delicious. I ordered the Whiskey- Glazed Salmon. Just had lunch at the Gardens location with a girlfriend and both our daughters. Everyone was impressed with the food and ambience, but the real star of the show was a waitress named Jazzy. I'm actually a regional manager for a hospitality company and if I could duplicate that young lady in my Restaurants, I would do so immediately. It's extremely hard to find personable staff with a big smile and eagerness to have us enjoy our time in the establishment. I had a great visit here today with friends!!! Omg! Upon entering... the beer taps! Omg! So much beer! Outlined well on the menu as well. Made selecting easy! And the menu is quite expensive.... However they may do what they do in one kitchen... wow! Burgers, steak, seafood, salad and vegetarian and vegan options. And pizza too. And appetizers... sooooo many! My niece and I have eaten here frequently and usually have burgers which are very tasty. However, today I tried one of their new menu items, the Korean barbecue hoagie. It was disgusting. The meat was so tough, I could barely chew it. No flavor. They really need to add some kind of dipping sauce to this to make it more palatable. My niece had the burger, which she enjoyed. It's also hit or miss here with the servers. Usually, they are very attentive but today I actually had to hunt my server down to get a refill on ice tea. We came in when the restaurant just opened so a full busy restaurant was no excuse. But to be fair, he may just have been having a bad day so I'm not going to hold that against the restaurant. I didn't may this time so I cannot make any full remarks about pricing. Came in here yesterday with a party of 6 around 1pm. We started off with waters and it wasn't too busy. They have the beers dyed green for st. Patrick's Day. That was a fun addition to things. Then we ordered cheese curds and the onion ring. Tower as an appetizer. Our server wasn't that good. It took him 15 minutes to come back to take our order so I ended up just doing it on the little kiosk on the table. Other than the beer. Our drinks were sitting in the bar for a while to the point where the bartender just came over and dropped them off. Our server didn't come back until it was time to pay, but that's enough about him. I ordered their mix and match taco special. I got two beer batter fish tacos and one birria. Another person at the table got the Poké bowl when I was able to try that and it was delicious. I used to frequent the Yard House in Honolulu and was hoping for the same experience. This wasn't that. We showed up and the hostess took as all long the restaurant deciding where to seat us. Menus were plopped on the table and she walked away. Our server was very sweet but very uninterested in actually serving us. She kept talking about what she would order. She actually stood there trying to figure out how to put our order into the table kiosk. She wasn't the person bringing our food. She said she was going to get our drinks. Someone else brought them. We watched her keep waiting for them at the bar. Ahi tuna stack was good. I ordered a medium rare burger and got well done. The server tried to take my plate as I was literally eating off of it. Had a great dinner with friends this weekend to celebrate a friend's 40th. We all enjoyed the food. It's been a minute since I've eaten at a yard house. I was sad to find out they no longer have the buffalo cauliflower bites on the menu. However they had a ton of tasty looking items on there that I would get next time I'm back. My fiancé got the jambalaya with spicy rice and it was really good, like had to be the best I've had. We got the garlic mushroom noodles to try off the apps which could have easily been a main course meal. Also got the ahi tuna nachos which were tasty too. We were too busy chatting with friends that I forgot to take pics. Service was good for the amount of people we had. Drinks kept coming but they could have cleared a little more. I haven't been here in a while, so we stopped in. We came on a Saturday, and the place had plenty of families and sports teams eating lunch. We decided to sit at the bar to try and unwind from our running around. The bar had more than a handful of people, but there were two bartenders. The sanitation of the bar is beyond comprehensible. The bartenders played Jenga with the bar glasses the first time we sat there. They were stacked in front of us the entire time under the poor spouts. The servers kept stacking glasses up in the server station bar area. For whatever reason, the bartenders ran the dishwasher one time. I do not know how management did not have this cleaned up at all. The food was okay, but having to look at two Jenga piles and the bartenders' lack of service completely turned us off from complimenting this establishment, which is beyond disappointing! read more

Service was quick and our waitress was extremely friendly. I thought the vibe was pretty cool here. However the music was a bit loud so you really couldn't hear much of the conversation at the table. I ordered the tomato bisque and grilled cheese. You have the option to add bacon or avocado to your grilled cheese. I added bacon and avocado, and it was quite delicious. The sandwich was perfectly cooked. The bread was perfectly buttered and toasted with plenty of cheese. The tomato bisque was excellence very creamy and not too tart. As far as large chain sit-down restaurants go, Yard house is one of my favorites. The happy hour special is a crazy deal. We got everything pictured plus the chicken lettuce wraps and a beer we forgot to take pictures of all for about $40. It all came out super fast and was delicious. Our server, Justin, was great. When we arrived, the staff couldn't have been friendly or more helpful in picking a table that worked best, and adjusting the tables around us to accommodate our needs. I ordered the sliders with fries and they were delicious, especially the buttery brioche bun. The outdoor patio was proper outdoor dining, not just tables assembled on the sidewalk. Because we went at lunchtime during the week, it was an off time, so the noise level was fine. It might get loud at night and on weekends.
