    Lobster Noodles

Every week my Wife and I do Friday date night. We frequent mid-price restaurants. Lately it seems like they've all missed the mark. Bland food. Tonight we did Yard House. What a great experience. Our server Bird was attentive and pleasant. The food looked good and tasted delicious. I ordered the Whiskey- Glazed Salmon. I like my salmon medium rare and most of the time it comes back overcooked. Not tonight. Perfect. My Wife had the lobster noodles and she said it was loaded with lobster. A great dining experience.

Yard House is always a good place to go, grab a couple of drinks, some apps and unwind after a long day. Service is great and the location is awesome! We love coming here. Garlic noodles is great and I add chicken. Delish!

Great spot for lunch, after work cocktails, or dinner. My hubby always orders the grilled cheese with bacon and sun-dried tomatoes and tomato bisque. I like to try different things and appreciate the extensive menu. The service is typically good, but fantastic when Chris is in the house!

I've only heard good things about Yard House and I'm glad everyone was right! It's a nicer restaurant on the inside. I'd say resort casual. I didn't may this time so I cannot make any full remarks about pricing. Came in here yesterday with a party of 6 around 1pm. We started off with waters and it wasn't too busy. They have the beers dyed green for st. Patrick's Day. That was a fun addition to things. Then we ordered cheese curds and the onion ring. Tower as an appetizer. Our server wasn't that good. It took him 15 minutes to come back to take our order so I ended up just doing it on the little kiosk on the table. Other than the beer. Our drinks were sitting in the bar for a while to the point where the bartender just came over and dropped them off. Our server didn't come back until it was time to pay, but that's enough about him. I ordered their mix and match taco special. I got two beer batter fish tacos and one birria. Another person at the table got the Poké bowl when I was able to try that and it was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I used to frequent the Yard House in Honolulu and was hoping for the same experience. This wasn't that. We showed up and the hostess took as all long the restaurant deciding where to seat us. Menus were plopped on the table and she walked away. Our server was very sweet but very uninterested in actually serving us. She kept talking about what she would order. She actually stood there trying to figure out how to put our order into the table kiosk. She wasn't the person bringing our food. She said she was going to get our drinks. Someone else brought them. We watched her keep waiting for them at the bar. Ahi tuna stack was good. I ordered a medium rare burger and got well done. The server tried to take my plate as I was literally eating off of it. Restaurant looks nice but the service is terrible. Floors were sticky.

This is my go to spot for lunch and happy hour. They have all types of food here. Every location is great, they do not disappoint. My favorite are the poke nachos, burger sliders and calamari. Definitely recommend and if you are a beer lover this is the place for you, they have tons of beers on tap and in bottles. Love this place, they have the best sweet tea.

Stopped here for a quick bite wasn't too busy and we got seated right away. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup and added avocado to the sandwich. I really like how they use a variety of cheeses and that the soup isn't too creamy. It was well balanced. Defintely will come back again as the food was good and the service was quick and efficient.

Had a great dinner with friends this weekend to celebrate a friend's 40th. We all enjoyed the food. It's been a minute since I've eaten at a yard house. I was sad to find out they no longer have the buffalo cauliflower bites on the menu. However they had a ton of tasty looking items on there that I would get next time I'm back. My fiancé got the jambalaya with spicy rice and it was really good, like had to be the best I've had. We got the garlic mushroom noodles to try off the apps which could have easily been a main course meal. Also got the ahi tuna nachos which were tasty too. We were too busy chatting with friends that I forgot to take pics. Service was good for the amount of people we had. Drinks kept coming but they could have cleared a little more. I've worked in the industry for years and there were so many people dropping food but walking away empty handed. They should all be trained to drop it and clear it while they are there.

Came here with the wife--we're both bar flys--and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is lively, with a great energy that makes it an easy place to hang out for a while. Anthony, our bartender, was on point! Super knowledgeable about the beer selection and gave us a fantastic steer on the menu. Service like that makes all the difference. Great drinks, great food, and a great vibe. We'll definitely be back!

    Grilled Cheese & Tomato Bisque

Stopped by here for a quick dinner on my way back to work. The music was fantastic as there was an 80's style music playing. There's a bar inside or table seating. Service was quick and our waitress was extremely friendly. I thought the vibe was pretty cool here. However the music was a bit loud so you really couldn't hear much of the conversation at the table. I ordered the tomato bisque and grilled cheese. You have the option to add bacon or avocado to your grilled cheese. I added bacon and avocado, and it was quite delicious. The sandwich was perfectly cooked. The bread was perfectly buttered and toasted with plenty of cheese. The tomato bisque was excellence very creamy and not too tart. Pricing was pretty on the average side and portion sizes were pretty good.

Poke Nachos 10/10 the best nachos i've ever had ! highly recommend

The food was amazing 10/10 ! Very nice ambiance , dim lighting , good vibes . The service was ok . They had tablets at the table that send your order into the kitchen so you don't have to wait to get approached. Drinks amazing as well ! Highly recommend

We had the cup of gumbo which was spicy but well liked by our friends, I had the friend oysters fried perfectly and the pear and pecan salad, which was way too sweet and swimming in dressing...order your dressing on the side! The bartender that cashed us out at the bar was rather rude, as we closed out our tabs before heading to our table for dinner. Our friend wanted to order one more drink while happy hour was still available, but because he was rude she decided not to. Friends had the Gumbo, BBQ Shrimp and Shrimp and Grits which was well liked and arrived hot. My Blackened Shrimp PoBoy was terrible, cold roll and cold shrimp...worst sandwich I've ever had! Hubs had the fried chicken sandwich which was not hot either, something he would not order again. The side of broccoli rabe was cold. Side of Cesar salad had dressing that was way too salty and not palpable. Luckily I asked for the dressing on the side and could control the amount. Later that night my husband realized we were overcharged for our drink. They said they will make an adjustment back to our cc. We will be back but stick with the good dishes and check your bill.

On my first visit, I inquired about "the room in the back." Was told that area was for Members Only (there was even a sign) AND was offered information on how to join if I desired. There were nothing but sporty White guys in there so I didn't sign up but passed the info along to some colleagues of mine who "fit in" better with their normal clientele. A few months later, _upon_ entering and offering a cheery hello to a different blonde-babe bartender with far less gravitas and friendliness, she responded with a brusque, "Are you a member?" That's it. No welcome. No offer to join. No upsell. Just a GTFOH vibe emanating from her pores. She added that she was new and they could be fined $3,000 if they let non-members in. Oh, she also attempted to *check* me stating that there are signs on the outside. There are not. The signs declaring privacy refer to the outside seating and the restrooms only. That's it. There's nothing special to offer and any axe to grind. Someone below had the same abrupt service upon entering without this mysterious, EMPTY, members-only bar. Oh, I can validate that the Taco Chula next door IS worth traveling to this strip mall for! The previous Owners (or the former bartender?) did allow it.

We drove by and saw the outside seating and said let's give this place a shot. It was one of the best decisions we made that day. The outside seating is at the entrance. Four tables for four on one side and 3 high tables that seat 4 on the other side. When we arrived there were two other people outside having a beer. We had to go in and announce ourselves which was fine. The inside is set up pub style. Once the staff was aware, we were attended to immediately. Our waiter Steve was friendly and gave good suggestions. He checked on us often and was a pleasure. Along with our cold brews we ordered the Works Philly Cheesesteak with both the sweet and hot peppers on the side and coleslaw (for me) and the Draft House Reuben (for my fiancé) with roasted red potatoes. The food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time, hot and delicious! My Philly was great! The bread was fresh and toasted, there was a perfect balance of meat to onions, and mushrooms. Once I tried bith the sweet and hot peppers, I decided to add the sweet peppers to my sandwich. They were a great add! The hot peppers were tasty but they were too hot for me. I'm glad I didnt add them. My fiancé's Reuben was PERFECT! Delicious bread, plentiful corned beef, and just the right amount of Thosand Island dressing. I'm getting that next time I visit this place because there will be a next time! The coleslaw was yummy. Not sweet and had all the coleslaw fixings. 12:30om, 3/18/2026…read more Ambience = Steady, lunch crowd in the bar. Yet not phonetic or chaotic. Good, chill vibe. 4-5 high top tables for two. At the bar- nice personal space and hooks for purses. Nice place to perch my feet and store my obnoxiously long golf umbrella. Perfect atmosphere for a chilly, rain date lunch with spouse. Balance of business professionals, "ladies who lunch", and a few couples. The bar reminds me a of nicer Las Vegas resort hotel bar. One TV showing Golf TV. Food = We've eaten at J.Alex since their soft open moons ago. The dishes are always consistent quality. Today hub's was jonesing for a French dip. I was craving their Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich. We both order their shoestring fries. We're slowly enjoyed each other's company and our lunches. We immensely enjoyed our meals. Service = Good. Our bartender didn't offer his name, and we weren't on our game to ask his name. However, he did a good job. He quickly came over and put down black napkin placemats with napkin rolled utensils and offered water while we skimmed the menu. Beverages were served quick. Food order quick and complete. We never had to ask for extra sides as he brought them all out with the meals- ketchups (If you like an abundant serving, ask when you place your order. They use small 2 oz stainless steel ramekins.), horseradish sauce, a side of blue cheese (to dip my fries in ), and my Nashville hot sauce on the side. Check came quick too. We ask and learned that they do not offer a Happy Hour. However, they offer very large pour martinis with a side car waiting for you for the price of one. J.Alexander's has always offered great service. However, for some with low vision may find the back of the restaurant a little dark. Bathrooms are clean. There is an outside, screened over bar area as well. My extra bullet points: Value = Yes! High quality, consistent food, great staff and fair price for the experience. The BIG question: Will we return? Yes! We are every other month "regulars". During COVID, they were able to pivot their business to keeping their doors up keeping people employed and offered service to the community. HIGH GIVE! We'll be back. Cheers!
