I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience with Nadia. She took her time and my pedi and gel manicure were perfect, except they overcharged me $40. Toni, the owner did the right thing and called me to let me know. But, when I returned for the money she gave me a gift card instead of the cash, which was very frustrating. I went back on Saturday and had a TERRIBLE experience. A woman with curly hair rushed through my pedicure and did not properly scrub my feet. She also massaged my legs/ feet for 10 seconds. I moved on to my gel manicure. I should mention that I made an appointment for a pedicure, gel manicure and nail art. Toni did my nails and because she overbooked she rushed through the entire process. She said she could not do nail art because she had to fix 3 broken nails. Fine. But, when she "fixed" my broken nails they came out horrible. Bumpy, misshapen and a completely different size. When I pointed this out, she ignored me. Everything was rushed and my cuticles were a mess, not to mention that she cut one of my fingers and when she was "fixing" one nail instead of cutting the nail she ripped it, along with my skin. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I will not be returning. If you choose to go, ask for Nadia. She is lovely and very talented. read more

Yay, Happy Feet!! No, not the movie with the penguins but the shout of joy I made when I left Nail Zone 2 after my mani pedi! As the sun began to emerge from the winter left overs I found myself dying to throw on a pair of sandals, but reluctant because my little piggies needed some TLC. In comes Nail Zone 2 to the rescue! The woman that did my feet was awesome! She clipped, cleaned, massaged and managed to make my ten toes super happy! They have 3 spa pedicure chairs and 3 nail stations, so they can get backed up, but they seem to maneuver clients fairly quickly so the wait doesn't seem too bad. They keep up on all the latest colors from OPI & Essie which I love because the Outback Aphrodisiac I picked out looked brand spanking new! Clean, quiet and close to home makes this shop my go to nail place! Next month, yellow polish! Woo! read more

I just went here to get a manicure and pedicure for a wedding I was in. I'm shy and not a girly-girl, so this was a scary experience for me, but this place was pretty good. My mom had recommended it, so I knew it was clean, and sure enough, they put their tools in disinfectant solution to sanitize. If you don't know what you're doing, it's a little hard, because there's no desk or greeter when you walk in. First you choose your color from a whole bunch (or bring your own, as I did, so you can do a touch-up later if you chip it -- thanks MOM!). Then you sit on a massaging chair while you put your feet in a basin of hot liquid. I think the liquid sanitizes your feet so they don't get too grossed out, but it's also a footbath for you. There is a remote so you can make the chair massage your back, which felt weird. Then the lady comes over and massages your feet and buffs them and massages your calves. Make sure you wear pants you can roll up! Also, note that this place is Korean, and the ladies who work here speak limited English; as I was a first-timer, more communication/explanation would've helped me feel more at ease. So then they poke and prod your toes with tools to push down the cuticles and trim the nails and such. They thread cotton or something between your toes so they don't smoosh together; at this point, they put on your flip-flops you're supposed to bring with you (thanks again, Mom!). They do it for you, and put your shoes and socks in the flip-flop bag so that you don't have to do anything. Then they paint your toenails. Then you scuffle over to the finger nail station, where they put lotion on your hands and massage them, and then paint your finger nails. Oh, before your fingers get all wet, they ask for payment, which logically makes a lot of sense given that your nails will then be wet, but is also weird, because how do you know how to tip when you haven't seen the result yet? Anyway, then they do your nails, and then you go over to sit at a dryer station that dries both your fingers and toes. The dryer automatically stops, and then you leave. I didn't know that and kept sitting there wondering what I was supposed to do until finally they told me I was done. Oh, because my fingers were wet, they carried my jacket and bag from the nail station to the drying station for me, and they put the nailpolish in my bag; a little personal to do without asking, but it was all for the best. I give four stars because this place was clean and they seemed to do a good job (in my limited experience). I think the clean part is way important. The cost was $35 -- $10 manicure + $25 pedicure. Seems reasonable. I have no idea how this place compares to other places because I haven't been anywhere else, but my mom recommended it and she's been to other places. read more

My go-to nail spot. A little pricey but I never leave disappointed. A basic manicure lasts about 5-6 days (which is great, considering I'm constantly washing my hands for work). They do a nice job with Shellac, and that will last 10+ days. Definitely a great spot to try if you haven't been. read more

I was so disappointed with the service I received for manicure and pedicure today, June 4, 2021! It was the worse service I've ever had, having been a regular patron of this type of service. My feet were not even inspected for ingrown and I had to ask to see if I have ingrown and the answer was that I had none without performing the necessary prodding! On my manicure, cleaning was skipped on the sides of my nails and I asked some cleaning. The answer was that I should brush my nails when I get home! What a service and with a total bill of $75.00, what am I paying for? You bet, you'll never see me go back much less be near the salon!!! read more

I went to this place to try it out. I was actually impressed by the other reviewers for this place so I just walked on in right after a trip to Target for a pedicure. The staff was warm and greeted me with a smile. I only waited for about 3 mins before I was called to the nice massage chair and foot bath. The woman I worked with, Kim, did an excellent job and was very friendly. While doing my feet she was social but focused on the job at hand or should I say feet too:). I live in the area and I was trying to find a place I can go to once a month and I think I found it. :) While getting my pedicure, Kim talked me into a manicure. I figured why not since she was pleasant and I had nothing else better to do. Kim called a co-worker over Jenny, and Jenny begun to work on my hands while Kim was working on my feet. I felt like a king :). Once all over, the total damage was $45.00. I did not give 5 stars for that reason alone. I've been to other places before with the combo of mani & pedi and was charged 10 dollars cheaper total. Kim also gave me a hug before I left., like I was family and this was my first time there. I went for a much needed pedi yesterday and this place was decent. It's a small place with 4 pedi chairs & 4/5 areas for mani's. I went on a Friday afternoon & there was only 3 people working so I had to wait some, which was no big deal. The women there speak very little English so I found it hard to understand them. There wasn't anyone behind me waiting & the woman doing my pedi was rather quick with everything which I found to be a bit disappointing. I've been to other salons & have had better service with reasonable pricing. My opinion was that if your going to pay $28 for a pedi, your expecting it to be an epic experience! I would have liked her to massage my feet/legs a bit longer than just a minute or two, especially since nobody came in after me. The color came out nice. All in all it was a decent experience. I gave them 4 stars because I felt the service was rather rushed and the price was a bit high for my taste. It's a clean salon from what I saw..nothing fancy, just basic. First time here...Pedi time. Awesome leg massage! I've had many pedis and never had a leg massage longer that 1 min. This was a good 15 minutes if not longer! They even massage in between your toes.
