After all that time making my nail beds wider, he proceeded to not even paint my entire nail. Some nails were painted onto my skin and others had the sides empty. My sister also got a pedicure from a different lady to which her nails were only half painted. The prices were also outlandish considering this was a subpar job. Additionally, the place was slightly dirty. There were toe nail clippings and corns surrounding pedicure chairs that weren't even in use. He also just dumped my cuticle clippings onto the floor and didn't clean them up before the next person. I decided to forego my pedicure and will absolutely not be back.

The front end staff was combative, refused to take accountability for a timing error, and was incredibly unprofessional. Great technicians, but terrible management. After being a loyal customer for over three years, I will never return to this salon due to the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of the front desk staff. I had to reschedule an initial appointment due to work, and I was verbally told my new time was 3:30 PM. When I arrived at 3:30 PM, the receptionist immediately raised her voice, claiming I was late for a 3:15 PM slot. When I explained that I was given a 3:30 PM time and hadn't answered their calls because I was driving, she became combative. She even sarcastically asked how they were "supposed to know" about the scheduling error if I didn't answer my phone. Even when I agreed to see any available technician to be flexible, she continued to argue, stating they would no longer allow me to request specific techs because I am "always late." Her tone was so accusatory and rude that I chose to cancel my appointment and leave. While the technicians here do great work, the toxic environment at the front desk is not worth the stress. Save your time and go somewhere that values their long-term clients!

As she was painting my toe nails the polish was really streaky and sticky coming out of the bottle. She also didn't clean up my toes at all at the end so there is polish all over my cuticles. Neither did they clean my daughter's toenails. i asked my toenails not to be cut and they cut my toenails anyways. they did not give me a French after I asked for French if they didn't know how to do French they should not be saying that they could do a French. overall spent almost $200 on getting two pedicures and they were not done correctly nor my feet was clean, and it was looking very unsanitary. They were friendly just not sanitary and also did not give the service that they said or that I pay for.
