Both Toni and Julie did beautiful work making the fade look natural and elegant. As a guitar player, I use my right hand nails to pick and my left hand finger tips to fret so I need the nails different lengths on each hand. I am so happy that I found a salon that understands my unique nail needs. The gel helps to reinforce and strengthen my natural nails so I haven't had as many snags or breaks due to the metal strings since starting to get manicures at Nail Zone II. Finally, when I did have a break on one of my nails, I walked in to Nail Zone II to see if they could repair the nail on the spot. Toni took me right away to fix the broken nail with builders gel, then Julie polished it perfectly to match my existing manicure that she had done the week before. Nail Zone II is truly a gem of a place and the staff are attentive to detail and care about their clients. I will definitely continue going to get my nails done at Nail Zone II, thank you Toni and Julie!

Additionally, the place was slightly dirty. There were toe nail clippings and corns surrounding pedicure chairs that weren't even in use. He also just dumped my cuticle clippings onto the floor and didn't clean them up before the next person. I decided to forego my pedicure and will absolutely not be back.

Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a very disappointing one. I received a spa pedicure, which cost $59, and upgraded to Dazzle Dry polish because I wanted the convenience of having my nails dry immediately and expected a longer-lasting result. With the upgrade, my total was over $70 before tip. To my surprise, within just two days, every toenail had chipped. I have had countless pedicures over the years, many with regular polish, and I have never experienced a pedicure chipping this quickly. It appeared that a top coat may not have been properly applied, so I called the salon to explain the situation. After being placed on hold, I was told that it is the salon's policy not to perform nail repairs. Let that sink in: after spending over $70 on a pedicure that lasted less than 48 hours, I was essentially being told I would have to pay again to correct the problem. While they ultimately offered to fit me in for a "one-time" repair, they made it very clear that they do not normally stand behind their work in situations like this. What disappointed me most was not just the poor durability of the pedicure, but the customer service and the salon's policy. When a service fails within 48 hours, especially at this price point, a reputable business should take responsibility and make it right without hesitation. Instead, I felt dismissed and inconvenienced. I was genuinely excited to try Rock Star Nail Salon and had hoped to become a repeat customer. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and frankly disgusted by the lack of accountability and customer care. For the prices they charge, customers deserve much better quality and service.

The foot scrubber was really thin and she cut my nails unevenly (see picture where toe nail is cut in a point. The nail polish was very clearly expired. As she was painting my toe nails the polish was really streaky and sticky coming out of the bottle. She also didn't clean up my toes at all at the end so there is polish all over my cuticles. To top it all off they charged me a whopping $45! Insane. Don't go here.
