Some bits came out not matching or not quite the perfect shape. But she checked with me after every step and I had an opportunity to correct if I had better eagle eyes in the moment. The owners, David and Molly, are so friendly and accommodating and truly make you feel like an old friend every time you come in for an appointment. I've also had pedicures here and have zero complaints. I was charged for removal, which I wasn't the greatest fan of. I asked Tammy for a classic nude, white ombré with a bit of glitter on top, and she delivered! I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! I was a bit skeptical of the longevity since it wasn't the hard gel I'm used to, but this set legit lasted me over FOUR WEEKS (with the exception of one nail that had gel-ex on because of some previous nail damage)! If I were in the area more often, I'd go back to Buttercup in a heartbeat!!!! They are on the pricier side, but you'll be paying for quality IMO.
