I went in with a gift card and she was extremely rude and dismissive. The manicurist that was doing my nails did not speak english. Do not recommend at all. After sharing my experience I have learned she often mistreats and does the same to other customers who come in with a gift card get treated horribly. UPDATE: First, I never complained about the quality of my nails. This is what I complained about which you did not address. 1. I requested Anne and confirmed my appointment with her and she was not there. 2. I requested a GEL manicure, you guys upgraded it to russian without my consent or knowledge. 3. You charged me 90 dollars for a russian gel even though your website said 70. 4. Finally, it has nothing to do with whether I enjoyed my time, at the end of the day. They never even tried calling me. I tried explaining there was clearly a miscommunication, but she had an attitude and was so visibly upset that I decided I didn't want her to do my nails. She then tried to guilt me into staying because they had "waited for me," to the point that my boyfriend had to step in because it was so uncomfortable. If they didn't have time for my appointment, they could have simply said so. I've never been treated so rudely at a nail salon and will absolutely NOT be returning. PS - I also have no mean bone in my body so this review is coming from someone who doesn't raise their voice/doesn't like arguments. The whole time I was very kind and even apologized when she said she was ready to go home. This is the only reason I'm writing this review, I don't think it's fair to be so rude to customers when they're just here for your service. They asked if I was in the right place and kept staring at me. I said the number I called and they were more confused but I showed them it was the one on Google and my call log for yesterday. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager took my number and told me to hold. Then said there was a double booking and if I waited 45min they would give me a discount.
