She super patient and listened to everything I said -- and 100% understood the PTSD I had suffered 5 years ago when my brows were absolutely butchered -- we talked about what I wanted to achieve, she listened to my hesitations about too much hair being removed, etc etc. I felt so seen and heard which is beyond important for me, especially when it comes to something like your eyebrows which not only helps shape you face but doesn't grow back quickly. She was beyond friendly, the front desk was all smiles as well. Of course I will be going back, this is my go-to place hands down :)
