Absolutely gorgeous Nails for the summer! Kim does an incredible job every time I've been coming to her for five years and I've never been happier :) also the prices at the salon beats any prices in Santa Monica, which is good to get amazing quality for a great price. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
I got a pedicure, but as soon as I left, I realized I really didn't like the color, and I also noticed the polish was uneven. I went back inside immediately and politely explained that I wasn't happy with the result. I asked if it could be removed and requested a refund. I even offered a compromise by saying I was willing to pay for the removal or part of the service because I understood that time had been spent. Instead of trying to find a solution, the manager became very defensive and started raising her voice at me. I stayed calm and even asked why she was yelling because I was trying to have a respectful conversation. She also compared the situation to returning a shirt, saying that if you return a shirt, you can't expect your money back. I didn't think that was a fair comparison, especially since I came back immediately after the service because I was unhappy with both the color and the quality of the application. I understand that businesses may have different refund policies, but I expected to be treated with respect. Even if a refund wasn't possible, there are much better ways to handle a customer concern than yelling and becoming confrontational. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I won't be returning.
Great service, I also love that my mani and pedi gets done at the same time so it's in n out. I normally don't make appointments. I don't face a favorite or preferred nail tech I have had a great experience all around. I did however requested chrome star designs on each nail but I don't believe the nail tech was able to do them- I didn't want to risk it so I said nvmd. It's continuously busy. There is parking in rear about 6 spaces not much. They prefer cash for tip but also accept other forms of payment for tip. There is an ATM inside the shop.
Updating that gel manis are $38 now. Check in on the tablet at the front to collect points which turn into discounts. Everything else is the same!
I love getting my nails done here. I started coming over a year ago, and have been coming ever since. I have super brittle nails that I have never been able to grow out before coming here. Their hard gel service is amazing, and now I have long strong nails and don't need extensions or anything. Kim and everyone here is fantastic and I never leave disappointed.
I've been coming to Kim's nail salon for over 10 years now. She always takes good care of her customers and is ver detailed oriented. Always a pleasure having her do my nails.
I keep ending up back at this nail salon. I've ventured off to many other places in the neighborhood over the past 10 years but the service and quality at Coco Luxe keep me coming back. Everyone has a great attitude and it's easy to laugh with them about anything. There's a chill vibe in this cozy little gem. Whenever I go I always have an expectation of what I want based on very filtered Instagram pictures/videos (haha!) and these very professional/perfectionists always surpass my expectations. I always leave happy and can't wait to stop by for my next nail adventure!
Adult male, female and 3 children. Kimmy and her staff welcomed us. It was pleasant. I could tell the clientele were regulars and a few new appointment clients like us. The service was beautiful and they were very fast. Quality was spot on. Even tho I'm not in the area often I would make a special trip to come back out this way. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Tip is preferred in cash. Thank you for the great job.
I've been seeing Kim for over 10 years now, she's always up to date with the new trends and colors! Love love love
I have been coming to Coco Luxe Nails religiously every 3 weeks since February and Kim and her team never miss. Kim took care of me after coming to her for a fill due to a bad experience at another salon and explained how a hard gel fill is supposed to be done and left me looking right for my mom's birthday dinner! I have never left disappointed and honestly regret not taking more pictures of my previous nails to show off. Everyone in her team is amazing and they great all their regulars by name and make it a thing to remember who you are which speaks on how spectacular their customer service is. 100000/10 i have found my forever nail spot
I've been with this salon since it opened- and I've been seeing Kim (the owner)- for years before she had her own place. It's amazing. Kim, Nikki, Nina... everyone is great! Kimmy and Jenny give the best massages. Feels like a family there. I've recommended to all my friends. It's amazing!!
Kim is the only person I trust to do my gel extensions. She pays very close attention to detail and takes her time. She knows how to do a lot of very pretty designs that always look like the pictures I show her.

Coco Luxe is the best nail saloon in Santa Monica. I've had nothing but the greatest experiences there. Nina is amazing so is Kimberly and Jenny. I've been a customer here for almost 10 years. I mostly get pedicures and my ears waxxed. It's a very clean well maintained salon. Very professional but very friendly workers. And the prices are very fair. I would give Coco Luxe 10 stars if I could read more

Super easy to schedule. Helen and Nina did such a great job. I wanted a super specific color and style and Helen went out of her way to mix two colors for me. They're thorough, efficient, and have reasonable pricing. This is my new spot! read more

I was left extremely unsatisfied and underwhelmed by my last appointment with Nikki. The owner was present at the time and not once took the time to oversee the work that was being done. I don't understand where the quality control is! My nails were applied lifted at the ends which I've never experienced at any other salon (and a breeding ground for a fungus for water to seep in to! - see photo posted for reference.) I paid $65 to have my nails ruined. This work is UNACCEPTABLE. read more

5 Stars - The Best Nail Salon in Santa Monica! I've been going to COCO LUXE NAILS for five years, and it's hands down the best nail salon in Santa Monica! The salon is always spotless, the staff wears masks, and the attention to detail is unmatched. Everyone here is fantastic, but my go-to Nail Tech is Nikki--she's a perfectionist and truly the best at what she does. Whether you want a classic manicure, intricate nail art, or the perfect gel set, she nails it every time! They have every color under the sun, so you'll always find the perfect shade for any occasion. If you're looking for a clean, professional, and top-tier nail experience, look no further than COCO LUXE NAILS! Highly recommend! read more

My nail has been infected for four months. It is painful and I am going to have to keep spending more more money trying and fix my nail due to their lack of cleanliness.. Just an update from my previous review. I received a threatening message via Yelp from the owner of the Business, Kim- communicating to me that I was mendacious and she denied the fact that it was her employee who was responsible for pushing my cuticle back too far and creating this serious infection. You would think that an owner a business would exercise contrition, but instead I met with hubris and sheer denial. read more

This place was great! They fit me in day of and we're so nice and accommodating. I asked for nail extensions with dip powder but they told me about gel x extensions and the benefits so I ended up going with that! They took their time and made sure to pay attention to every detail, ensuring that they take the best route for my nails to grow naturally without ruining them. Full set of gel x was $60. Can't wait to go back! read more

10/10 for customer service, price, and quality. I asked to change my natural shape from square to pointy and she delivered. Some Santa Monica nail places can have high prices for no reason, but this place has realistic prices for great quality. read more

Helen has been doing my nails for over a year now and I am so happy I found her. She is so talented and meticulous with hard gel and always takes her time to do my nails right. It says you accept credit card but heard otherwise. If you don't accept credit cards, do you have venmo?
