So glad I stepped into this little Asian-owned nail shop! I was treated with kindness and left happy with the exact design I wanted. I am leaving for my London trip this week and wanted the British flag. Lilly started with my pedicure and Carol finished my manicure. It definitely wasn't easy to pull this design off but Carol did! Thank you to the ladies at Laura's nails. I hope to be back in the future!
A Virtual Pedicure Experience Virtual reality was fun, but ouch--I jammed my toe during a session, leaving my nail bed bruised! I came in for a much-needed pedicure and called Laura's Nails at 3 PM, hoping for a quick fix. Unfortunately, my regular manicurist was on vacation, but they were able to squeeze me in for a 4 PM appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was quick yet thorough. I was done in 30 minutes! Despite the bruised toe, they were gentle and careful throughout the process. The pedicure included a refreshing scrub and a relaxing massage, which left my feet feeling rejuvenated and ready to go. Oh, and the massage chair is on free of charge as you sit getting your manicure--it's a dream! It's definitely an in-and-out experience without compromising quality. And to top it all off, the lovely lady doing my pedicure, Lilly, even paints the tips! She's such a little angel, going above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. If you wanted to book her, Lilly is amazing! It's these small, thoughtful touches that really set Laura's Nails apart from the rest. And to close--they take Venmo. Now that's living in a virtual world! If you're on the lookout for a cute, cozy nail spot that delivers efficient and satisfying service--even if you're dealing with a bruised toe--Laura's Nails is the place to be!
Been coming here to get my nails done and they are so sweet :) they always remember our names and the little details. They are also very efficient, the shop is pretty small so call ahead to request an appointment time. Other than that no complaints :)
I really wanted to give 5 stars since both ladies were very nice. But out of all the gel nail polish I had over the last 20 years, this has been the worst one. Not even a week, and not only the nail polish came off my nail broke, too. I usually get regular polish, but this time, I decided on gel polish. My other nail has a small piece of hair stuck under the polish. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work I've received.
I was a walk in but treated very considerate. I was happy with my pedicure & the colors they had to offer.
My new go-to for nails! I was desperately searching for a nail salon that could do ombré on my nails. I was able to get a walk in appointment and Carol and the other ladies were so sweet and welcoming. Everyone has years of experience, and due to its small size the techs all seemed to know their customers intimately and by name. This is my new favorite spot, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted! Highly recommend calling to get an appointment.
They were lovely. They completely saved my nails. I had gone to a salon 2 hours before and my nails were horrific. It looked like a toddler painted my nails. They were extremely nice and took care of me. I told my artist what I wanted and she produced the exact image I had in my head. The vibe in the shop is a cute, clean whole in the wall and the artistry is on point. I had a great experience to say the least. Highly recommend.

Under new management, Emma was nice enough to take me in. But she left the old color below, and on the right hand she left the color behind on the ring finger. She could have used a darker pink below the black and white, Half the time she was talking, rushing my nails, some of the black isn't even straight. Definitely not going back. read more

I've been coming to Laura's Nails for 3+ years and Lori (or Vivi) has been my consistent nail tech the entire time. They have the best catseye polishes and always let me try out diff color combos / layering that I want. The ladies are so warm and are super efficient. read more

Laura's nail salon is the best place I've ever been to. They're so nice and I can actually understand them and they are like I said they're really nice and they did my nails so good unfortunately I do not have a photo of my nails but when I get my nails done this week, I will post one but other than that they were so great with me and I love them. That's the best nail salon in the world And I love Monica cause it's so close to me. read more

Carol and Helen have done my nails and they do a superb job. Last night I got there close to closing time and they were so gracious to take me. Carol did these red ones. Not a drop of polish on my fingers. She does such a clean job! Thoroughly cleaned my cuticles. I felt totally taken care of. Great conversationalist. Chill, efficient and clean; an A from me. Called in advance and got a gel mani + pedi done in an hour. Kind towards my dog and were super nice to me even tho I accidentally broke one of the selection wheels (I'm so sorry gals!). 10/10 would come back next time I'm in LA. I called and asked if they did designs and they said it was not a problem they do a lot of designs. I brought them a photo of what I thought was a simple design especially for someone who said they can do them. The woman complained as she was doing them that I picked a complicated design and when I asked if she could do another coat because the lines were very light and looked terrible, she said she should charge me for that, I gave her a look like, "are we making jokes? Because I hope that's a joke" then she laughed and said she was kidding. I asked her to please cut my cuticles and clean my nails and she just replied "later" and never dudShe continued to make remarks like, "you should have gone to a place that does designs for younger people" uhhhh what the F? Anyway, nails turned out awful and had to go to another place immediately after to have them fix what this woman did. read more

She just had her nails done for her birthday this week and I have to say that the women that were working there were so sweet, accommodating and friendly and they did a terrific job I - she would highly recommend this place! This is some of the worst nail work I've had, I left almost in tears. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and I have no time to get these fixed. The ladies were very nice however the nail tech was very pushy on me not getting long nails and insisted on this color. I did kindly let her know the work was very inconsistent so lightly filed two random nails for 2 seconds and the other nail lady told me to give her my credit card to pay. The pedicure came out meh but she cut my nails very crooked and there's polish missing on half my toe! Not to mention the nail techs told me to stop eating junk food because of my acne which is such a terrible thing to tell somebody especially when it's no caused from that. Overall I would not recommend coming here simply for the messy work. read more

Always great! Very kind staff and well priced. My nails always last 2-3 weeks with no chipping (I get dip). They never put the dip too thick either, which I like! read more

I've been going to Laura's Nails for about 6 years now. I use to live in Santa Monica which is how a friend & I first discovered this salon. We no longer live in Santa Monica but still make the trek AAAALLLLLL the way to the west side every other weekend because that's how great this place is. They always do a fantastic job, the staff is so sweet and welcoming, they've become more like family over the years. They never shy away from my intricate nail design ideas, their prices are very reasonable, the establishment is clean/well kept, they're always updating their color selection and above all - these women go above and beyond every single time . I will be going to Laura's nails until the day I die. read more
