Both Lan (Pedicure) & Linda (Manicure) were amazing! They were both incredibly detailed-oriented and quick!! My nails looked amazing, and I was super happy! Plus, the massage chair felt incredibly relaxing in the process!! An Array of Colors: There were so many colors & though it took a second, I was happy to find the perfect one! Last-Minute Rush: Thank goodness to the Yelp app, I was able to filter & quickly find a nail salon that was still open, as many of the salons were already closed or were closing soon! When I called, the woman on the phone was friendly and said to come in! Busy Bee: When I arrived, the salon was incredibly busy, nearly every chair taken, as expected on a Friday night! Her studio is super cute, intimate, welcoming, and vibey located in Santa Monica (just off the cusp) on Main Street. She provides detailed instructions on how to find her location (as it is tucked away) in the confirmation email you receive for your appointment once you book and parking recommendations are included as well with specific recommendations on her time policy. Client appointments are short increments so if you are running 10 mins late for your appointment (with a restaurant resy this would be fine), you're going to eat into her next clients appointment time which is why she specifically states her time policy in the confirmation email - which I respect. Quality of work is top-tier - the shape of my eyebrows has drastically improved since seeing Tory (post overplucking era in my younger years - don't do it kids). My skin is quite sensitive so I get the tweezing add-on when I go in for a wax and I love getting a stain for special occasions. I also really appreciate that although she has some celeb and influencer clients she still keeps an open schedule for us regular shmegular people and is super chill and down to earth.
