excellent quality work and a fun time thrown in at no extra charge! clean and always finds a way to fit you in. Highly recommend

Love love love Kevin and Anna. The absolute best. I miss them so much. Been trying to find a nail salon in South Florida, (where I moved to), that's comparable, but I cannot. Just might have to go back to Prescott Valley to get my nails done. These two are amazing! read more

Hard to find a good tech in today's world of everyone thinks they can do nails because they learned it on you tube. I found this place by accident, but have gone nowhere else in two years. I'm picky. But not a snob. Highly recommend read more

Always great service plus - Nails always look great and talented with nail art. Great senses of humor - been going back for several years. Comfortable and relaxing. Thanx Kev and Anna read more

I have been all over the Mesa area, where I live, to find a place that does great nails that last. I use regular polish, I stopped gel years ago and I just haven't found a place that doesn't chip after a week. I had a place in Oregon that I went once a month and loved them and had no chipping issues. Anyway this was a great little gem and we enjoyed the company of everyone that worked there. I forgot my technicians name but I'm sure you will know hi she is by her big smile, glasses and friendly nature. I told them I would be back when in the area. read more

Ive been to this salon a couple of times now, and the service is AMAZING! I went in today with a reference photo and the nails I got were spot on. Today Kevin did my nails, not only was it was a great conversation, but he executed the nails flawlessly. I would definitely recommend going here to get a fresh new set! Truly amazing work!! read more

Been going here for 2-3 years. Like the services they provide and the light hearted atmosphere. Never had a problem scheduling an appointment or changing one on occasion. read more

Great atmosphere, great service and they do a great job. I would highly recommend. I have been going there a long time. Price is right too.

Dirty. Female in charge was rude--the lady that had bleached fried boy short haircut. Tools used were not in a sealed sterile package.

The best gel manicure! Dung is so talented! I got right in and my nails still look like new!

Uncomfortable vibe, not professional. I had nail dip and it lifted off after several nails in a few days. My nails were uneven.

I love the atmosphere and the laid back attitude of the main nail artist (will get her name before I leave)! She's hilarious and very talented. Quick and accurate! Feels like family. Awesome pedicures too! read more

Nails Spa Excel - Beautiful job on my nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

I truly enjoy going to this salon, instead of sitting while the nail tech talks to every other tech about who knows what, these people ask about how Im doing. They talk to me about their family and I talk about mine. They asked me to describe what Im looking to get done and then check with me during the process to see if it is turning out the way I expected. That really impressed me considering the fact that my old hands are twisted up with arthritis, but both Kevin and his wife assured me they have seen it much worse and they would do their best to make the outcome look good, and they did!!! Sometimes people go into these salons and treat the technicians like personal servants, I am often embarrassed to be associated with the over indulged, predominantly white, often loudly demeaning and judgmental people of the last few generations. Kindness towards all would be a nice change...... just sayin' Sincerely, Zoe a happy customer read more

Save your money for better services. My best friend and I were there to get our nails done. We were the only two in the shop and when I tell you .... my friends nails were rushed and I was soaking for an hour while the folks down here helped other customers worth their time. I decided to no longer go with my gel manicure and just did a clear coat as they were already rude and had no consideration of our time . I don't know why the ladies in the shop allowed the nail techs to talk to them in a disrespectful manner but this experience was no where near worth $40 dollars for my friends and mine nails. read more

Nails Spa Excel - Not worth the $10 dollars basic coat .... asked if they were dry....she lied and said yeah just to get me to leave - Nail Salons Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

So I hadn't had a pedicure in over 2 years... I needed my feet done so bad. I took my 10 yr old daughter with me to have hers done too. We had a great experience.. the staff was very nice and joked a lot . Great prices!!! My feet feel brand new. read more

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNREFINED service. Kevin stepped away from servicing me two times to socialize with non-patron's that visited the salon. NO explanation. NO apology. Additionally, he asked many personal questions which were non of his concern or business. As for the service itself, "run of the mill". He walked away twice wearing the gloves he was servicing me on. I do not know what he touched or came in contact with when he did that. I will NEVER return to that salon and I will NEVER recommend services from that salon to anyone. read more

Ever been in a situation you are rather stuck in, with a person who has zero filter, and, who interjects her 2 cents into all of your conversations? Exactly my experience here. A friend and I went for a mani-pedi. Pedicures first. Friend & I were catching up, and Nail Tech adds her unsolicited, inappropriate comment to every subject we discussed. Example: Me: I do not understand how women with those looooong acrylic nails type on a computer or their phone! Nail tech: "That's not the question you should be asking. You SHOULD be asking how does she wipe her BUTT!" Ooohhh yes she did. Another thing that bugs me is the manicure done in mid-air, There were two other customers in the salon. Rather than moving us to side by side manicure tables, both nail techs stood by our pedicure chair and did these awkward manicures. One star for a pretty good pedicure. One for a clean salon. read more

Cute little place! Dung was meticulous with my mani and pedi. I love my results and will definitely be back. It was a joy talking with Dung. Be prepared to pay with cash, Zelle, or Venmo. They do not do cards. Prices reasonable. read more

My regular nail tech had to take her father vacation to Viet Nam. She texted me on Thursday canceling my Friday appt. I was leaving Sat for Cancun! Stopped in at10am on Friday and was given a 2:00pm appt. He did a great job. It was a bit more $$ but I didn't have to drive 25 miles to Prescott. I will return. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails! Anna was SO funny and I love Dung, too! She did an AWESOME foot massage with my pedi. Thanks Dung! I hate getting my nails did. Had been probably around two years since I had a mani-pedi. I am SO glad I found this place. Great environment, and SO SKILLED! I was completely comfortable in every way, and Anna is FUNNY, light-hearted and a kick butt nail tech. If it isn't fun I don't do it, but now I'm planning on driving from Kingman to Prescott to get my nails done! read more

Nails Spa Excel - Anna's Nails are SOOO PERFECT! I'm old school, I like them square but hers were POINTY! - Nail Salons Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

I've had my nails done here several times and never had an issue. Today was different when I made my appointment I requested a manicure and pedicure, but only received a pedicure. I had to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time, and only received 1/2 the service I requested. When I paid I asked "no manicure today"? The response was "no, not today". I was not given any change, they expected a big tip for poor incomplete services. Will definitely not be retuning to this establishment. read more

Lovely little place. Friendly, great service, and I you could tell most people were return customers which always makes me feel good.

I tried to take my mom here for a pedicure. When we walked in we were treated very rudely and turned away for not having an appointment. I'm ok with not getting in but be polite and don't make a disgusted noise and face because I didn't make an appointment. If "you have to have an appointment", put that online so walk-ins don't attempt to go here. Or be nice and ask if they'd like to make one for another day. They guaranteed I'll never make an appointment here. read more

Didn't shape my nails. Very uneven. Nails buds are a mess. Wanted a design of glitter that started at the nail bud and slowly got less as it went down and they just put a blob. Would randomly leave to help someone else without explanation. Clear polish on nails just peeled off? Got them done today. Not even smooth. Like what?! Signs that say "No exchange. No refund." Now I know why. read more

Went in for a full set last minute and they fit me into the schedule. Was honestly one of the fastest nail appointments I've ever had but I feel like he did a great job. I'm happy with how my nails turned out, prices are about standard. read more

I had an appt for 2 pedicures on a Friday. When we walked in it was quite busy. There was no acknowledgment from any employee asking "how can we help" or " do you have an appt". So we looked at the polish colors and sat down. There were 4 other people waiting as well. After a few mins of no acknowledgment we decided to leave. But the BIGGEST reason we left is because of the insane chemical smell in this place. I instantly got a headache from the fumes. I get it, it's a nail salon full of chemicals however, there was zero ventilation! I am glad we didn't stay to see if they would have honored our appt time, because the fumes alone would have made me throw up. We found Happy Nails 5 miles up the road and had a much more pleasant experience , in a cleaner more bright and less smelly spot. read more

I paid $60 for the worst full set of nails ever. They rushed and every single nail was a different length and they were fat. They didn't file the sides or anything. read more

When it today to get a manicure! Will not be going back!!! Everyone was very nice but for a $50 acrylic manicure with no designs I expected a better manicure then what I received! I wasn't asked what shape I wanted my nails. The girl just cut them the way she wanted. I have acrylic powder stuck to the sides of my fingers along with nail glue. It was extremely rushed and in my option super sloppy and half assed. I have paid less for an acrylic manicure that was a million times better then what I received today! I never knew having 2 nails on each finger was considered a "design" but whatever! We will be trying a different place in town next time! If you want good service don't go here. Should of went somewhere else. Extremely disappointed!! read more

I would have given this place five stars except for the fact that the technician was a little bit aggressive and caused me some pain on my toes. Other than that, the place was quick to get to me, clean, attractive, and the facilities were very pleasant and up-to-date. I loved that the hot stone massage was included in the base pedicure! Price was very good for what I received and it is a very good pedicure. read more

Nails & toes were obut the people were absolutely spectacular. Super fun & friendly, GREAT experience and will definitely go back UPDATE: 2nd time, not a good experience. They got me in last minute and I was so thankful! The salon is cozy. My only complaint is that they do not take credit cards (they only accept cash and check) but my overall experience was very nice and professional and I'm very pleased with the end result. I will be back! Thank you!! read more

I really like where this place is located. Close by to my friends place and the right size so it's not too crowded. The prices were a bit steep, but I'm happy to support a "mom & pop shop" I got the basic pedicure which was $25- me being from California- these are cali prices! Haha! The place was clean, they played a movie while I sat there and got my pedicure, and they had CHILLED beverages in a mini fridge to choose from, and they had a copious amount of magazines to peruse whilst getting services done! I'll be back next time I'm in town!!! read more

I was here to get a pedicure and gel manicure for a wedding. While I was getting a pedicure, I noticed that after someone else's pedicure they drained the tub and then filled it up for the next person. Didn't spray the tub out or anything! Had they not already started my pedicure, I would have walked out! They did my gel manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair getting a pedicure. They did not prep the nail (etch) so the product would stick to the nail. I could tell the product was soft and would easily come off the nail. I tried to be careful to make it through the wedding. Afterwards sure enough, peeled the gel right off. You couldn't even tell I had gel polish on them. read more

I came into Nails Spa Excel yesterday as a walk in and got taken care of right away. Anna did my nails and I asked for long and pointy and she delivered! So much detail and I only paid 45 bucks!!! Will definitely be returning read more
