I paid $63 for a pedicure that was awful. Didn't do any cuticle trim or even file after toenails were trimmed! I will never go there again! They didn't polish my toes and it was VERY EXPENSIVE! read more

I came in to get my nails done. The The lady that did my nails was coughing through her mask I didn't think much of it because there's always a lot of dust and stuff from the nails. But within two days I have done nothing but be so sick. I just feel like if you know you were sick those little masks that you guys wear do not help you should not be coming into work for people that are older that sometimes the immune systems are not working correctly. We come in to try to feel good and look good we usually give you guys great tips and I know we all pay a lot of money to get our nails done The least you could do is make sure you're healthy to do our nails so that way when we're leaving we're not sick severely. Please do a better job of wearing double masks or staying home while sick. read more

Service is good here and the girls are friendly. My Pedicures last over a month before I need another. This is not meant to sound sexist but with my experience there, the girls tend to do better with detail on the Pedicures than the guys. read more

I went here 2 times. The 1st time was good, and the price was reasonable. The young male technician did what I asked for the most part. The 2nd visit, I asked for a new set, and wanted to trim my natural nail down some. Not All the way to Nubs.. He argued with Me as to the length I should cut them down to, and wanted to straighten my nails that grow crookedly. I advised No, to the straightening and the length I wanted a certain length. He continued to argue with me about the length. I had Dip done, and it wasn't even a week after and I could feel all the areas that he didn't get product, that my nails were pulling away from the Little product he put on my nails. The length of my nails is not universal, or similar. Some he did Super short, some were the length I asked, some the tip should've been different or narrowed down some for my nail bed, and some just looked like Crap.. lumpy, unfinished, wider than my nail bed - there's No posted pricing either. My nails were Much Shorter than previous and it cost me 15.00 more. They speak in their language, too I'm assuming the Mgr to get a price quote after the works done on what to charge you. He burned my cuticle with the file, and when I pulled my hand back and said, Ouch you burned me.. He said you moved. You're going to blame your mistake on your customer?!? I didn't move, he was not paying attention. I've been getting my nails done for 30 plus years. I think I know the process by now. If you are wanting to pamper yourself, and relax... Don't go here! It's quite the opposite of relaxation. I am the customer and I shouldn't have to argue to get what I want.. After all I'm paying for the service. read more

I got my nails done here this morning. They charged me $60 for a full set of acrylic with no polish. After examining them I wish I wouldn't have had to pay for them. None of my nails are the same shape. And the acrylic is so thin I'm afraid they will all break off before the week is over. They are also not the right length, he cut them 2 times and now I ended up with a sport cut nail which is way short then what asked for. They also laughed when I said I wanted to go home and paint them myself. ​I now understand why this nail salon only has a 3 star rating on yelp. Do better! read more

My first appointment for a pedicure was not good. The girl nicked the skin beside my big toe and it bled. I had to tell her because she acted like nothing happened. I got an infection in my toe. Next she dropped the cuticle tool on the floor and squirted water on it and kept going. I called Lynn and let her know. She was very apologetic and she told me that my next appointment would be complimentary and suggested a different person. Went back and was charged full price. My mom had such a bad experience there recently. She usually goes to a tech name Tony and he's good to her but he wasn't there this time around. My mom has very delicate nails and she let them know. They gave her a new tech and she was very rude to my mom and when my mom raised concerned they ignored her concern and made it seem like she was the problem. My mom is not the type to complain for her to have raise concern it's because she felt uncomfortable. read more

Pretty clean and fast service specially as a walk in. The man who did my pedi was quiet, no smile no small talk nothing. I didn't want him to talk to me like crazy but at least a smile would of been nice! The young man at the front was friendly and got me in without an appointment so that was nice. The man who "cut" my toe nails tbh did a terrible job lol. It seemed like he chew them off instead of cutting them. They weren't round nor squared! I loved the massage with the hot stones. Unfortunately, this was the worst pedicure that I've ever received. This is my first yelp review, so that says a lot. I had a young girl give me a pedicure and it probably took her about 10 minutes. She was fast, barely did nail/feet care, and did a horrific paint job. I sat in the chair next to my mom for 20 minutes (even though I got the same pedicure?) The nail tech literally went to an empty station and started doing her own nails, and scrolled on her phone..? I just sat there with toe dividers in and ended up taking then out and putting my own shoes on? Like, huh? Not sure why I paid the price I did and even gave her a good tip. Worst service ever! I can't believe the owner didn't say anything to my nail tech? Also, as I was putting on my shoes, my mom's nail tech just watched me do it... nobody cared at all... 100% will not go back. read more

I got the Signature Pedicure with the Vitamin Recharge. Nice scrub smell. Nice lotion smell. Hot stones were very nice. Was $38 dollars. Clean salon. Nice music playing the background. Nail tech was nice. I appreciated that she asked how I was doing and that was it. No small talk, so I could just sit there and relax. My daughter and I call in made an appointment. We were a bit early and taken right away which was nice. But that is where it ended.. my nails were not straight both pointer fingers shoot off in towards the center when I pointed it out she filed a little and said it was good... a few of my daughters nails look like they are pointing towards the sky in stead of forward. After the nails were applied she was removed from the chair and made to wait for painting with another employee while he took another client. They were very rude when I called to schedule an appointment, when I got there I had to wait an hour for a person to get to me even with an appointment and they were very sloppy with my acrylics. Don't even get me started on when I asked them to fix the shape and nail polish! A few days after I noticed I had nail fungus on one of my fingers after getting my nails done! When I called to let them know they told me I must have gone to another nail salon... (I didnt.) They were the only ones I went to! Overall just a bad experience and a bad vibe from the place. Came up from Mesa for a kid event. Moms went to get nails done. This place is great. Here's the good, bad and the suggestion. Good, price and end result was fantastic. This should be all that matters but that leads me to the bad. ..... Bad. Seriously need to work on friendliness. It took everything to get the girl working with me to laugh....(she did eventually ) Just a simple "hello" or smile can go a long way. I do understand and respect the language barrier. My ignorance for not speaking both languages but silence is not welcoming. Suggestions, as listed above and also the location needs a update. Looks fine but can use some new things here and there to make it that much better. read more
