They did my nails super thick. And when trying to take them off to not mess my nails up, soaked them for 45 min and still couldn't get the acrylic nail part off. Finally had to use a nail file to take the nail off by going under it. Will never go back again. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

After I took my nail polish off my toes my nails had a small infection on the side and a left my toes very scratched underneath the polish. The owner a female lady took one of my nail and tried to remove my old nail using a plastic tip . I told her to stop it's hurting . The guy cut me foot, left me in between talking to another employee and said I can go but I look down and my French pedi was looking like my 3 years old did it. I got a very good reference for this salon, and I DID like the acrylic fill and gel polish that Anna did. I would have posted a five-star if it weren't for the damage to my cuticles and the over-filing on one thumb. While Anna was filing my old acrylic, she continued to tell me that I had 'thin cuticles', as she nicked one cuticle after another - to the degree that I bled! I've had acrylic nails for years, and never heard that I have 'thin cuticles' before. In the end, she cut four cuticles AND filed my thumbnail so thin that it's hurt worse each day since I had the fill. Note, please, that my acrylic and polish looked great. But, at the cost of torn cuticles and a nail that was filed into the nail-bed...I'd advise you to watch very carefully if you have your nails done here. read more

Our appointment was at 1:15 and we didn't get seated until 2. Our nail techs kept making jokes about how late they were running. He did not even spend 15 minutes on my pedicure which could explain the awful job he did. I heard TWO people that were getting their nails done yell "ouch". Aesthetically a good job. However, I had to have a fake toe nail put on and it already fell off. Usually it lasts 3 months + This one lasts me 10 days. I also asked for an acrylic gel fill and it all chipped in less than a week not to mention they never gave me new nails for the ones that broke off. I am guessing their polish is watered down. Rude service, but clean and quality job done. I was quoted $30.00 and was charged $40.00. The man that did my nails argued with me about how I like my nails shaped stating that my natural nail was not as narrow as I like mine shaped I stated that is why I pay for fake nails. When I told him I wanted the gel under the polish (so I can change the polish on my own) he seemed like I was asking for something really high tech, I like my tips polished with a curve, he argued that I should have gotten the more expensive white tip. I choose to get the regular tips with pink acrylic all over (which is usually the regular price at most nail salons in Phoenix at $25.00), which is also the listed new set price listed at Top 4 Nails. I like the gel $5.00 extra so I can change my polish as I like. Some how what should have been $30.00 as quoted ended up $10.00 more to my price. If he had been nicer I might not feel as I do. I was out of there in 30minutes so at $40.00 plus as $5.00 tip that is a potential of over $80.00 an hour which would be 100K a year. I think that potential would be met better with kinder service and no arguing about what the client wants equaling more return clients. The man did not ask to schedule a return fill appointment and didn't even say Thank you when I left. So I guess they won't miss my business. The shop is very clean but beware that if you ask for anything they will add to the bill. Fill for gel nails is listed as $25.00 and up, I was told my fill would be 30.00. I refuse to return with the abrupt and rude service. read more

I would never go back to this place again! I went for a fill-in. The guy doing my nails said that he would have to replace all my acrylics, stating "you got a bad set of nails". I disagreed, but he was unwilling to do fill-in. So, I had to or leave. He was so rough taking the old nails off. I kept saying ouch, and cringing as he pulled each one off. And he kept saying "you're okay, you're okay" as I winced in pain. I found it demeaning. And I cannot believe he would just pop the old nails off like that. It was so painful. I have been doing the nail dip for several months and looked up the SNS nail system that I like and this place was on the list, they advertise that brand but use a different brand. When I got there I couldn't understand what she meant by pink. I have always gotten colors. I pointed to a picture of pink and white French tips and she said yes that's what it will look like. Well it doesn't. She just put a light link over all the nail and it looks like something is missing. She filed my real nails so thin they are breaking out form under the dip, that has never happened before. They are cracking and with just pink you can see all the cracks and the missing nails. Visiting Prescott for the weekend from Scottsdale- drove by and saw this place. Very sweet employees. Nice massage chairs. I had my own polish so I didn't check theirs out but it looked like quite a lot of options. I dragged my husband here and we had our two girls along sitting in our laps while we got pedicures. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I got a basic pedicure and was pleased- she trimmed my cuticles, filed and buffed my nails, used pumice stone and hot stone massage. She was a perfectionist about the polish job- great attention to detail. Not a super fancy place but inexpensive with great service and perfect job on my pedicure. Can't ask for more!! read more

Bad service! The guy made my nails bleed, didn't know how to file them. Me and my cousin got our nails done together. And when they charged my card it was supposed to be only 90$ , but they charged it 108$. When I went back in to tell them they said they couldn't refund the extra 18$. And when the girl was doing my cousins nails, she went extra fast and wouldn't let her choose the right color she wanted, kept saying no. & when she put her nails and acrylic on she did them half way up her nail, so they already look like they have grown out and we just got them yesterday.
