Very disappointed on how one of the workers here treated me let me explain. I had my pedicure done here by a very nice women. I unfortunately left my water canister at the business. I went back to retrieve it and the man, not sure of his name was the most RUDE person I've ever had to deal with. He said he can't be bothered to look for it blah blah blah and to come back. I returned 3 TIMES!!!! Utterly RIDICULOUS. Finally the 2 nd day I was beyond frustrated it's not Rocket Science. Don't they have a Lost and Found that they place things in. Im pretty sure I'm not the first person to leave something. It seemed he wanted to frustrate me even more when I came back yet again the following day! He was very aggressive in giving back my belonging. I will NOT be returning to be abused by this man. Shame on him! read more

I only went here 2x's and the guy that helped me was rude. He also quoted me a price, and the 1st time charged me 5.00 more than the price quoted. The 2nd time I went he charged me 15.00 more. When I asked him why the price hike, he argued with me that his base price was not what he originally quoted me. Then he told me because I had a chip in one of my nails he had to charge me for a repair. It's Not a repair on your fill appt. It's a repair when you go in, and it's not your fill appt. Plus, he told Me how he was going to do my nails. Not the other way around. He said, I'm only putting in 1 coat, and got put out if I told him I didn't like something and requested him to fix it. I thought I was the Customer. I'm paying for the service, I should get What I Want, not What You Want. Don't go here.. read more

I recently tried Nexgen and so glad I did! Not only does the service line up to the good reviews I've received a better product. The last salon I went to complained about doing acrylic nails but Mike not only did a better job he was happy to help. This is the best nail place I've been to in 7 years in Prescott. Absolutely the worse nail job I have seen. Horrible service. They made no attempt to correct and customer left furious. They took advantage of a younger customer. Have been to this nail salon twice with my young daughter for special occasions, and had a great experience both times. Once we had an appointment, once as a walk-in and both times got right in. Family run business. Good music, clean, friendly vibe, and our nails turned out beautiful. They must have over 1000 colors to choose from! Went to Nexgen to get mine and my daughters nails done prior to my wedding. I asked for French pedicure. I asked if she could put pink on the lower half of the nail and Ana said no, you can only do that with gel because the pink will get on the white. I've been getting French pedicures for over 20 years and never heard this. She angrily put the pink on and purposely went into the white to show me what could happen. She did it on both big toes then up charged me $10 for French where all other salons I've been to charge $5. She also asked my 3 year old daughter if she wanted a flower which of course she said yes and charged $7 for a design that was not very good. I decided not to get my manicure there and had to redo my French when I got home. It was a horrible experience two days prior to my wedding that cost an arm and leg. I won't be returning. read more

Called at the last minute for a pedicure. The gentleman who answered said yes and I was just across the street so went right over. What a nice salon, clean bright and husband and wife team were very nice. They had their 3 little ones at the salon, quiet and well behaved. Afraid I didn't get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she did a great job (and my feet were a mess!) Yes, I paid a higher price but I knew that when I chose which one to have. She took her time and did a good job. I don't go there for my nails (out of town), however I would go back for a pedicure anytime. read more

Sorry to say I can't recommend this salon. Had a pedicure/ manicure ( powder ombré) . Pedicure polish has streak/ bubbles in nails and polish on my skin . The manicure/ powder ombré) was thick and to pink. They told me that is what is supposed to look like. She even went to another customer to show be hers. Hers was completely different. Great REAL dipping powder manicure by Mike. Salon is friendly and clean. This will be my go to when I'm in Prescott.

My usually salon was closed and really needed a gel fill so I tried this place for first time. I was last appt. of the day. When I walked in my first impression was it was dirty. Should have walked out but I was there and needed the fill. Within 3 days my nails began peeling off and chipping. Within a week my nails are all off and going back to my original salon. Would not recommend this place or EVER return. This place was very dirty, unclean tools and used paint brush to brush dust off your hands. read more

Went to this salon and they did a bad job and made my cuticles bleed and over charged me I didn't even get acrylics here I got a pedicure with polish and just a manicure without polish and it was like 80$ If your looking for somewhere better in Prescott and open on Sunday's Cherry nails and spa is good! I came here with a friend before her wedding and I am so glad we did! I just got a regular manicure and the paint lasted relatively long, about a week. That is a lot just for a regular manicure and not gel, especially since I wash a lot of dishes and am in the water a lot. The staff was also very nice and patient with my son and I. I brought my 15 month old along with me and halfway through my appt my friend had to leave. My son was a bit needy and all over the place but the staff was very friendly towards him and accommodating. If I find myself in Prescott again and in need of a nail appt, I will definitely come back here. read more
