I truly didn't think I'd notice anything new afterwards but the itchiness I felt in my scalp was gone and it just felt better! It was a fully pampering, relaxing experience. To top it off I got a full blow out and my hair was so soft and silky, luscious and not frizzy dry feeling at all. I couldn't believe that was my hair that looked that gorgeous! This is a regular thing that everyone should do because we all deserve to be spoiled from time to time.

I originally booked a signature facial and asked for a special focus on cleaning out my pores and…read moreany acne spots. I was downgraded to an express facial when I arrived, the lady (not the owner) who did my facial said this was best for what I needed. Really I think she just wanted to be done earlier in her day as I was her last appointment. The express facial only lasted 20 minutes. She touched my face with the extraction tool maybe 7-10 times and left my nose and chin full of gunk and black heads. Enough to the point that you can easily see the blackheads in normal lighting. The owner did call me back and was very kind, she offered another facial for free, I decided not to get another one and she was willing to refund my money. I think the owner's services would be better than the lady that I received the facial from.

Prior to Botox injection with Tori, I was experiencing debilitating and horrible TMD / TMJ with intense 10/10 headaches from years of accumulated facial muscle tension from clenching and grinding my teeth. Tori totally reversed everything with just one amazing Botox treatment! I feel like an entirely new person, I can't even believe how amazing I feel... No more headaches or waking up with a sore jaw. Bye bye to misery all because of Tori! Book with her ASAP if you have headaches or TMD / TMJ from facial muscle tension and tightness. The clinic practice manager Erin is an absolute gem. She is so friendly and has the most wonderful welcoming attitude. Erin took the effort to explain the entire process in great detail and even took the extra time to make sure that I completely understood everything. Added bonus: she makes the best iced tea in the entire world. Thanks for entertaining me Erin! The PA Chelsea was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in her clinical assessment. I booked the Botox appointment solely based upon my experience with Chelsea for a IM Kenalog injection for severe allergies. I absolutely trust her clinical expertise. Chelsea performed one of the most complete clinical assessments on me. For comparison, I used to go to Cedars Sinai in LA and UCLA Hospital in Santa Monica. I thought Cedars Sinai and UCLA Hospital were top tier until I met Chelsea. Truly all the stars for Chelsea! They have the cutest guard dog ever.

But, at least I didn't waste much time because this is the fastest, worst pedicure i have ever received. The tall older gentleman who did my service was done with my entire pedicure polish and had my sandals on before the woman across from me -who was already in her chair being serviced when I first walked in - was even getting her polish applied! He asked for payment the second he'd capped the bottle of topcoat, and then literally waited ten minutes to put my sandals on and walk me out the door. I guess if you're in a hurry, you don't actually want the old polish removed thoroughly, don't need your nails cut evenly, or your calluses trimmed and smoothed this is your place. The gentleman who did my service was congenial, but really terrible at doing a pedicure or he just didn't care to do the job well. I will not be back. There are so many other options in this town.
