Beautiful location and lots of amazing services! My only issue was I was disappointed with my hair and makeup. I had told her I had pictures that evening and I was concerned that my hair and makeup wouldn't last until 5pm when we scheduled at 10am. She reassured me that she would make sure to use a lot of product to hold my hair (we couldn't schedule later due to her schedule). My hair did not last predictably and thankfully my photographer was able to help me fix it up a bit. My makeup also needed to be touched up a bit. I feel like for the price I paid (about $160) it really should have been a bit more stable. I also didn't pick anything crazy complicated so it was definitely expensive for what I got. I will definitely use this salon again but will probably pick a different stylist/MUA. read more

I live in Mesa but had my wedding in Prescott so I did not get to trial my hair. Fortune did a great job curling the hair and pinning it to exceed my expectations. I loved my hair and so did my sisters and mom. Highly recommend doing your hair with them for a wedding or special event. read more

My wedding photographer recommended Strada for my bridal hair and makeup. I saw Jenna for a hair and makeup consultation and liked her so much that I booked a pre-wedding haircut and balayage with her. She did a fantastic job! The salon itself is really cute and clean, and everyone in there is kind and positive. All around good vibes! Jenna and Jade did a wonderful job with the whole bridal party. i moved to arizona from new york a few months ago and wanted to get bangs for the first time. i was super nervous especially because i didn't know any salons here. i spent days checking prices and reviews of every salon in the area and eventually settled on Strada and i'm glad i did. I am new to Prescott and came to Joanie @ Strada with not just very curly hair, but curly hair that had been quarantined for months and needed a lot of help! I made my first phone call to this salon and spoke to the owner the end of August. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for a bridal hair and make up trial. She asked when my wedding was. I told her late October. It seemed to me she was making a note of it or checking the schedule and asked about the day of the week. She told me prices and asked for my email so she could send me a contract. She asked if I had a big party and I told her no. She said that was totally fineand to ignore the fee listed on the contract. Fortune said Jenna would contact me. I waited a day or two and called back because I received the email and had a question about it, also mentioning an appointment. I spoke to Fortune again and was told that I would hear from Jenna. To this day NO ONE has contacted me by phone, text or email. I consider this to be extremely unprofessional. I was told that they do 3-4 weddings a day. Ha! I doubt that! I find this to be so inconsiderate to a bride especially when this salon caters to brides or so they say. If you are a bride with a bridal party or without, I would look elsewhere. read more

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place! The salon is so cute and the staff there really went above and beyond to save my wedding. They worked me in last minute when my other stylist fell through, they nailed the look I was going for, and made me feel absolutely beautiful for my special day. The owner, Fortune, knew exactly what I meant when I said vintage hair (I was going for a "mad men" kind of look) and Jenna did such a beautiful job on my makeup I was almost speechless. All the products they used were top notch, the atmosphere was lovely, but nothing could top their customer service!
