Whether you're a 1st timer or have had extensions before, Gennifer knows her stuff! The studio is always clean and sanitized and Gennifer goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Because of her extensive knowledge in skin care and lashes, I've never been disappointed. I refer all of my friends to her, including my daughter. She takes her time in giving you a consultation to ensure you're getting exactly what you want and need. Her professionalism is 10/10! When I first started reaching out to other studios and salons for eyelash extensions, I noticed a very nonchalant response and a ton of unanswered messages. It was like no one wanted to take my money!! It was very frustrating and I almost said 'screw it'. But, Gennifer was fast in her response and was able to guide me in the right direction to give me the look I had envisioned. I'm now a repeat customer and her upstanding work and reputation speaks for itself! Highly recommend
