Vince and Tina are very nice people. I have been going to them for several years now. The service is great and I appreciate that they always accommodate me in my time of service. I have been very happy with the quality of service. I showed Vince a picture of manicure colors that I wanted and he said he could do it. I was pleased with the outcome. Thank you Vince read more

Small clean and very peaceful, great service. Husband and wife team along with an adorable pup.

I went in for a gel mani and regular pedi. This was my first time going to VT Nails and I left somewhat happy because Vince did great job in pulling out an ingrown nail on my left big toe which was causing a lot of pain. However, I don't understand why he cut my nails round and extra short like a man's. Also, my thumb nail was filed crooked and leans to the left. Lastly, I selected a purple nail polish and ended up with an orchid color (hot pink) color. Place is dated and they use old dingy towels which explains the lower price in comparison to other salons. read more

This was taken immediately after my pedicure. I expected my right big toe fake nail to be replaced. When I questioned it, he said it wasn't good to keep fake nails on too long. Funny as I never had a problem before. The polish was sloppy and uneven. No cuticle care. He was in a big rush. Said he only had 3 more to go that afternoon. read more

I've been coming here for 6 yrs and wanted to leave a review after seeing the low reviews. That astounds me as I've always had a great pedicure or manicure. I try to support local small business which Tina and Vince have. I've had so many great manicures and pedicures and highly recommend this local business. read more

Such a nice shop! Owners were very friendly and did a good job on my gel manicure! The shop was clean and cool! Definitely coming back when I'm back in town. A plus is they have a dog named Mochi, she's so cute :) read more

I'm new in town and have been trying different nail salons. I called VT to get an appointment and talked to the owner, Vince. Had a great conversation with Vince and I could schedule an early morning appointment, too. Long story short, my polish change on my toes and my gel manicure are perfect. This is my new go-to nail salon! read more

High quality, great service and relaxing environment. I will be back with friends. Very professional technicians.

I got my nails done here last Thursday (4/5days now). I usually get mine done in the valley but I called the day before to set an appointment for a full set and was told it would cost $55 for a UV gel full set and extra if I wanted to have a design. I previously had on dip which needed to be removed since they don't offer that service, and was asked what color I wanted. I showed them the design I wanted and asked if we could match the colors in the design (blue French tip). I was told they would only be able to do a white tip instead of blue so I opted to just have my nails painted regularly. The overall atmosphere was fine, and we made light conversation. The total came out to $65 which was more than expected but I'm assuming was because they had to remove my previous nails. I was definitely disappointed because normally if I was paying $65 I would have also gotten a design and then added a tip on top of that. The nails starting lifting after 2 days and I had to use nail glue to set them back down. It's been 2/3 more days and about 4-5 of my nails are lifting from the back. I would say this place will work in a pinch but I don't think I'll return. read more

This is my new favorite nail place! I've gone to good nail salons before and never felt like I should come back to one salon repeatedly, I usually go wherever, but this is definitely I place I'd stay loyal to. The owners were super friendly, talented, and quick. It's clean and well maintained with a comfortable atmosphere. I also have sensitive nails sometimes and they were able to clean my cuticles and file them without hurting me. The hours are good, as most places close the same time my work closes, so i could come in after i got out. I called after i left and they were able to take me in right away. Plus, my nails look great! Highly recommend. read more

This is a small nail salon in Prescott AZ. I went in expecting to get nails done as a walk-in. It was small but clean, and the staff were friendly. I did not get my nails done here, but I wanted to share that because they are small they require appointments only & don't accept walk-ins. read more

They did a good job on both feet and nails. I would've liked cuticle cleanup but that's ok. It was a basic manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was nice. Husband and wife owned and they're super sweet and welcoming. Would definitely go back just for that. read more

Asked not to cut the nails too close, just started cutting the first nail real close. Two of the nails had rough edges.

New to the area and was dreading having to find a new salon and nail tech. Finally settled on VT and am so glad I did! My search is over, just like that. First one's a hit! It really pains me to leave a bad review. I know it is hard to be a small business owner in the best of times and we need to support them through the pandemic recover but ... I recently had a pedicure at VT Nails. The owners were nice, the shop dog was cute, the location was odd and sadly the pedicure was awful. read more

I got a pedicure from Tina last month, went well so I returned on 4/19. While snipping skin, she cut/injured/caused pain & blood around my big toe. I said "Ow, that hurts!" I got no response whatsoever. She continued on while covering the injured toe with her thumb (either trying to hide it or applying pressure--as it was bleeding). Hopefully, I don't end up with an infection. I will never return to VT nails. Tina displayed a great lack of skill, along with no remorse or responsibility for her actions. My toe still hurts. Don't patronize this business. read more

AWESOME service!! I feel so relaxed and my nails are PERFECT!! Great atmosphere and had a wonderful experience. I have never gotten my nails done somewhere where I was treated so personal. I came in to get a pedicure around the summer time. It was so hot in there, I was sliding off the chair because I was sweating so much. They had fans rotating around and due to this, the nail polish was ruined. The people seemed very nice, so that's why I left 2 stars. However, I would not go back because I was uncomfortable and overall the quality was poor due to the heat and fans. read more

VT Nails I was so delighted when I found this salon, run by a husband and wife team (Vince and Tina). 2 weeks after my mani-ped, I went back for a mani today. Extremely unpleasant experience. Tina, who did my nails, was distracted, impatient, not a word (for me), let alone a smile... but plenty of both, plus continuous commentary, for her husband and other clients she recognized. In addition, I was horrified to hear her venting on politics, which she shared with the only other client in the salon (being served by Vince). She was totally insensitive to the feelings of others in the salon, i.e. me. Her rantings were truly over the top. I even left before my nails were dry. I would rather have chipped nails than hear her rantings. Someone should tell her that politics and religion are not subjects to be discussed in business. This business is obviously geared only to a certain type of client. I have to add.... The husband Vince, from what I've seen so far, is decent, courteous and nice. I was going to recommend this salon to all my friends. Now I will not. In fact, I will say to them "keep away". read more

I had been going here for approximately 3 years. Until recently. Lately I've noticed the place is getting dirty and cluttered. I even got a bacterial infection in my toe after a pedicure. They have a banner outside that states they use bowl liners in pedicure bowls but they don't now. Don't bother going here. read more

I am from out of town and my friend is from Louisiana .. we had to go to Prescott to visit her mother every time she comes into town I always wait and we do a pedicure together. well this is a husband and wife only establishment and they are owners.. we went because some people gave a good reviews on Yelp My friend had the man I had the wife My 5-year-old granddaughter could have done a better job on my feet than she did.... she never smiled ..she never interacted with me.. she did a half-assed job... My feet 3 days later look like they never were touched... I would not recommend this place whatsoever . now my friends toes look great he did a fantastic job but she was in a hurry ...she was as rude as rude could be If you go don't get her she never smiled now while I was getting my toes done another client came in to get her manicure and she had all smiles for her.. so no I don't recommend this place she started after the husband and was done with my feet before him 22 min pedicure.. I just want to get up and walk out... it was the worst experience I ever had... If you can't crack a smile in this economy because you think your business is so damn good you're wrong. because I yelp to help people spend there money elsewhere where they get treated like they are glad you are there and not an inconvenience. I'm going to tell anybody that lives in Prescott not to ever go to them I feel sorry for the husband because the wife is terrible read more

This place is a hidden gem in a small town. Vince and Tina work the place and they're very very friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well kept. The wait was a tad long, but it's because it's a small place with lots of popularity. It's full of regulars who come back every time, and who the owners know by name. My manicure and pedicure turned out super well, and I love the job that Vince did. He made sure to check in at every step so that it was exactly what I wanted. He is very skilled. If you like nail art I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. Vince showed me pictures of the different nail art designs he has painted for people and they are just beautiful. Very precise and detailed. Lastly, the atmosphere was perfect. Very relaxing, not uptight. Vince never tried to push me into buying something else or upgrading. Which, is super amazing. I've never had that before. If you're into chatty conversation, everyone speaks English and is very friendly. 20/10 Will go back. read more

Excellent nail salon. My best friend and I decided to treat ourselves with acrylic nail almost a month ago and tried a different nail salon to our disappointment neither of us were happy with our results. My friend didn't want to go back no matter what nail salon it was. But after reading a few reviews for Vt Nails I convinced her to give it one more try. I could tell going in she was still very nervous. But she walked out with the biggest smile on her face. This is by far the BEST nail salon in Prescott. Tina and Vince were great. They talked to both of us, calmed my friend down. Did what we asked and more. We were both HAPPY CUSTOMERS when we walked out. They even stayed late to finish up our nails. Two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Plus they both do beautiful work. Give Vt nails a try you won't be disappointed. read more

Such a special place. You walk into an oasis of orchids and dahlias. These two are always busy, yet always make sure to be extremely hospitable and welcoming. Conversation was fun and you just get the vibe that they love to do what they do. A friend and I came in for pedicures and they did not disappoint. They used hot rocks and hot towels in their massage-a nice change of pace to the over-perfumed lotions used other places. The chairs were comfortable and water was the perfect temperature. Nothing worse than putting your feet in lukewarm soaking water. These two are professionals in their craft and made this mama feel right at home. read more
