Not a single cut or hangnail; perfectly painted black gel toenails; I was able to relax, and my son was allowed to sit next to me even though he did not get a pedicure. I will definitely be back with the whole family. Thank you Cindy! :)

Very rude service. Place was completely empty and I still got crappy rushed service. The nail tech…read morelaughed at my home pedicure and called over the owner to talk bad in their language. It was very obvious. Then she rushed through a 20 min pedicure which consisted of quick soak and basically a nail polish change. She did a less than mediocre job. When I tried to point out concerns, the tech pretended not to speak English (mind you she was speaking English earlier to me). Then the lady owner jumped in saying that they never spend more than 20-30 mins on pedicures. It seems this nail salon only cares about their bottom line, $$$, and not the quality of their work or customer service. Worst pedicure ever, if you could even call it that. I had to go to another place to get it redone. Don't waste your time.

The staff was kind and the salon was clean, but my gel manicures chipped within just a few days both times. I'm experienced with gel polish, and it usually lasts two weeks for me elsewhere. During the first removal, the polish was pulled off, which left the face of my nails damaged. At another salon, they used a gentle product that lifted the gel easily without causing any harm. Their technique was the same as other salons so perhaps its their product?

I will wait to come up to Prescott to get my nails done because of how amazing Tascha is!! I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. I always get a full set and some times a pedicure. I used to only get gel sets, but Tascha does acrylics and they look better than any gels I've ever had!! She can do full sets, shellac, and regular nail polish. She even got me those 3D bows that are really popular right now. I love her!! My nails always look AMAZING and stay on! Tascha can seriously do any nail art you can think of. They also do not hurt my natural nails at all. I recommend this place to everyone I know!!! Can't wait to get home so I can get my nails done :)

I'd seen nothing about this when I booked. I booked through the internet, and this surprised her. She thought she had disconnected that service . Another business tool that she found a hassle. She did a good job on my nails, but the work was pretty basic. I saw no evidence that she did any nail art. The phone rang a lot while I was there. She spent as much time focusing non calls as working. If you are already a regular, I probably wouldn't head for the door just yet. But new customers should approach with caution. I will be looking elsewhere.
