If you're looking for massage chairs while you get your pedicure, they don't have them. Now six days after my appt I have a chip and from the looks of it, another one will shortly happen. I'm bummed because they did a good job and yes, here comes the but.... Now, shame on me for not checking the prices before hand but typically salons are all within $5-$10 of their pricing. So "after" my appointment is done, I'm told my total is.... $90!! AND they only take cash or check as payment. Luckily, I had enough cash in my wallet to not only pay them but tip $20.00. Mind you, this was a generic treatment. No hot stones, no deep massage, no paraffin wax, etc... This is why I say a mixed review. I used to only get gel sets, but Tascha does acrylics and they look better than any gels I've ever had!! She can do full sets, shellac, and regular nail polish. Not only is Demi kind, attentive and professional, she is extremely passionate about doing nails and takes so much pride in her work. She is easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable and even provides snacks and drinks for your appointment. As a bride on a fixed timeline, I couldn't simply move my appointment weeks or months away. What was most disappointing was being told I would lose my deposit even though the cancellation was due to the artist's own scheduling conflict--not mine. I booked far in advance specifically to avoid this kind of situation, and I expected the business to take responsibility and offer a refund when they were no longer able to provide the service I reserved. I understand that plans can change, but customer service is about making things right when they do. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another nail artist before my wedding while also losing my deposit. It was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend this business based on how this situation was handled.
