Elderly female nail tech manages to make me bleed on four different nails during cuticle removal! and NEVER APOLOGIZED. Then I changed my mind about a full set due to time constraints (before she even started) and she gets frustrated and starts to move my hand roughly and starts being extremely rude to me. To make it all worse her work station looked super dirty and I could see nail residue on the tools she used. I'm positive their cleaning practices are not up to code! never going there again. read more

I walked in and it looked clean. Sat in the chair. What I noticed was the tools came out of a basket when he was done cutting filing or what ever he dipped them in the water my feet were in and stuck them back in the basket. Not what I call sanitary. I will not be back. read more

don't walk RUN from this place 2nd round of antibiotics and had to go to a foot doctor. The doctor had to remove half of my toenail due to infection. The lady kept trying to get the cuticle and I would tell her to go easy. I will NEVER go back there. I have been getting pedicure for years and never experienced anything like this. read more

Ok, last time! I've given this salon way too many second chances. I always have made an appointment which in my opinion, should take precedence over a walk-in. I've been asked several times to come back an hour later, and today was asked to come back tomorrow. It's interesting to me, that they always ask if you're getting your nails done, if "you want pedicure too," and visa versa if you're getting a pedicure. This results in an over scheduling nightmare and I'm certain they double book appointments also. No respect to their clientele that book appointments in advance. This business needs to respect their clientele's time. One or two times I'll let pass, but this a recurring occurrence and they need to step-up retaining their loyal clientele, instead of trying to accommodate everyone. read more

This place is the biggest mess ever! State Board needs to shut them down asap! not only did the younger girl cut me pretty bad with the e-file, she had no idea what she was doing and the older gentleman had to finish her work then he got gel all over me, Not to mention used files and drill bits With product all over it and after you nip somebody and there is blood you don't put the drill bit back in the box you disenfect it. A fill with gel should not take almost 2 hours!!!! Uggggg waste of my time and money read more

A couple weeks ago I would have rated 5 star, however, a friend had an appt since and waited more than 30 minutes. I thought it was a fluke and made an appt for a fill. Arrived one minute prior to appt time. Was greeted by someone I would refer to as manager/owner and I advised I had an appt w/ xxx. He yelled to the back room. For the first seven minutes the tech messed around appearing to clean, organize? She then addressed one client that had been waiting prior to me and a walk in (both pedicures) and directed them to stations. I was not addressed at all, with the exception of a reply to my comment as to my late appt, to which she said you're here for a manicure and walked away. No reference to timing. She then sat down at her station and began working on a client who had been there the entire time waiting w/ a dremel which indicated to me she wasn't going to be finished any time soon. After almost 25 minutes had passed with no apology for running late or explanation as to a timeline I walked out. I personally am never late for appts as I know it messes up their schedule going forward and while I understand things happen beyond control, I do feel there is a level of respect to be extended both ways. read more

I made an appointment last week for today (Monday). Got there early, but everything was disorganized. Acted like they didn't know I was there for the mani/pedi that I made an appointment for. The lady next to me had been waiting a long time & there were two ladies soaking in the pedicure chairs with no one serving them. It was obvious I was going to be there awhile. One customer left & said to me "good luck". Decided not to hang around. Hopefully they will get better but I won't be going back. read more

I was most unhappy with the service. I went in on a Sunday. I wanted a manicure only, yet I was impressed to get a pedicure. The man kept wanting me to get a pedicure and I only wanted to see how they would be with just a manicure. I was not impressed. With all the competition out there I won't be back. read more

Came in 2 times here. Both times in the middle of my service, the person doing my nails got up and left me to do another customers nails and just left me for close to an hour. I could not leave because my nails were already halfway done. They seem very understaffed. I did call in a head of time to make sure they could service me, and they said yes. I had a simple 3pm pedicure appointment scheduled for today. I arrived on time & waited over a half hour without any verbiage being shared by the 2 visible employees working on other customers. It wasn't until I gathered my belongings and said I was leaving that they addressed me with a condescending attitude as did the customers. I'm quite sure the Chamber of Commerce would not like to hear of this treatment by a business that's located in their town. After having suffered the passing of a loved one a few days ago, a nice pedicure was something I was looking forward to, since this past week was filled with many tears. read more
