The first time I went here I showed the lady the 1st picture and she gave me what I wanted, which is shown in the 2nd picture which may have been like 2 months ago maybe. But I went today and showed them the same picture and it was done by a different lady. Im not the only one who can see the lines right? So much is wrong. The shape and it's not even I mean just look at them. It's my fault for not really saying anything but I mean still how does someone not notice what you see in the 3rd and 4th photo? I'm not the only one who sees the lines right? I mean it's not really bad unless you actually look at it but still I know they are like this and I'm not happy with it. And I paid 95. I got a 35 pedi and the mani was 55 and the pedi isn't that great either which was done by a different lady. I have nail polish on the side so it wasn't properly cleaned I told her to fix it and she said she did but obviously not. I guess this place has its ups and downs. It just depends on who you get I guess. read more

Racist owner and horrible service. I was cursed out when they pricked my toe and I was bleeding like crazy. He told me it's his salon so get the f*** out. When I asked how he assists with this. I had to ask for a bandaid as I did not want to leave with a toe that was bleeding and open because they cut me deep. I will be suing them and will never return. Please be aware and learn from my experience. Take your money elsewhere! These people are disgustingly racist and rude! read more

This is the best salon I've been to! All the technicians are very friendly here! When I go I always have Jennifer do my nails and she does an awesome job. My mom went with me once and Ashley did a great job on her nails. I would highly recommend both of them and Angel is awesome as well! read more

I have to say I was very disappointed in the service I received today on my nails. The guy(don't know his name) that performed my fill in was not good. His hands were filthy especially under his nails. He left my nails full of debris and way too thick. Jen performed my pedi and I was very pleased with her. She is the one that initially did my nails the first time and I was very pleased with her. The guy is supposedly the manager and when I called to complain he did not even apologize. Needless to say I will not go back. Shops is very clean and the other techs are nice. read more

Got people piled on each other get a bigger space. read more

Don't waste your time or money, the girl who done my nails was rough and the services don't match the prices, they are way overpriced, the worst place I've been to for my pedicure, I had to ask for a razor and they didn't have dividers for your toes, as much as they charge they should at least have that, she used tissue to separate my toes, what an insult, this place is looking to get money, they don't care about how customers feel, I'll be going to Jax Nail Spa off of university where they don't nickel and dime you and the service is phenomenal, I will never return here again. read more

A great place to get your nails done! Granted I only see Sayuri, but she not only does a great job with great attention to detail, but she's the sweetest person in the world. Over the course of three months she's given me great recommendations and we've pretty much removed almost all the cracks in my feet and I've grown my nails longer than I ever had before. I plan to be a patron as long as they are around! read more

This place SUCKS! Went in for a pretty basic gel polish glitter ombré with a picture to show too, they turned out horrible, parts not painted, bad shaping, had to ask the girl to fix the shape like 5 times because she filed my nails into nothing and then left bad gaps in the end of the nail. My skin below my nails got destroyed by the file/buffer to the point of bleeding on TWO nails, and hit my skin several times with it on the other nails. The glitter was all over my nails, but uneven so it just looked like a child did them. She used a loose glitter (which she had insisted on) so I went with it because I thought she'd know better, this I think was why it was so all over the place too, but I trusted she wouldn't recommend something that didn't work. It also left my nails super rough. In the past, other nail places have sanded the glitter down and then put another clear layer or two, this wasn't the case. She did the final clear coat and then pulled out a file and totally destroyed the top seal on my nails, and then just left it like that. I complained about these several issues and she offered to "file off all the glitter and fix it the next day (I live an hour away) take off the cost of the super simple 2 designs consisting of 3 rhinestones. So $8. Off of a destroyed mani pedi experience that costed me $50 and my nails for at least the next week looking like this because they're too sensitive to get filed down like that again so soon. read more

I have had gel nails for years. I recently had them done at Nails Place. I now have mold on my nails because they were not filled correctly. There is also sanitary problems at this salon. I spoke with the owner and did not even get an apology. Instead, the owner told me 1 out of 20 of their customers get mold under their nails. read more

Went to get a full set of acrylics & pedicure earlier today and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the nail job I received! The pedicure is the only reason I am giving this place a star. The man who did my nails did not make sure that each nail was even with the same nail on the other hand to begin with. Then after he finishes and I go to dry them I notice one is very crooked and go to tell one of the ladies and she blames it on my nail growing in crooked?!?! I have been getting acrylics for YEARS now and have not once faced that problem so it most definitely is not because 'my nail is growing crooked'! She then proceeded to file it to try and fix it and left it looking even worse! The nail polish was all messed up from her filing it and she did not make any attempt to fix that! All she did was screw up my nail worse. I most definitely did not have a good experience there and will not be going back there ever! read more

Nails Place - Got these done today. Pointer finger is crooked to a max. - Nail Salons Near Me - Yulee, Florida

The worst customer service ever! Do not bother with this nail salon. They are not clear on their pricing and they can not keep their appointments. read more

Nails Place is the best, and I have tried a few in the Fernandina/Yulee area. Angel is a professional and recommends the best option for the customer. In my case, she tried a different product than the more expensive one I had been getting, so my price is less expensive now! The salon is sparkling clean and the entire staff is friendly. This is the place to go if you are looking for any type of nail services, and they are especially good at intricate designs. Check out their Facebook page- they post the "nails of the day." read more

This is not a good place dishonest!! My sister talked me into going back after I said I never would. When I went in the manager asked me about my last post and proceeded to tell me my bill was $45.00 and I had someone named Jennifer which I did not, then she tried to give me back to the same nail tech that cut my finger last time. She also asked if i read her response. Which I had not. She said it was not very nice and showed me. So I pulled up my bank statment to show her my bill was $66.00. She said she got me confused with my sister but i know she edited her post after she realised she had made a mistake she tried to cover it up and put my sister's name. My sister has never posted on yelp about them!! How stupid you should have just told the truth, that you wrote ME a nasty response and all your information in your response was wrong because you confused me with another dissatisfied customer!! My sister had never been there with me and I had only been there twice by myself so unless she is physic she would have never known that was my sister. Honesty is always the best policy in business and yes your nail tech did cut my finger and it was bleeding and sore for a week and she did do a poor job. So that settles all that have a nice day and learn to tell the truth!! read more

The nail techs do a great job here, especially John and Ashley. But the owner is straight up rude. I was late to a few appointments, after that when I called to book an appointment she asked if I was going to be late. You shouldn't say that to someone who is paying you for a service, its just not good customer service. I let it go because they do a good job. Today, I called for an appointment. Angel said coming between 12:50 and 1pm is fine, but the earlier the better because of other appointments. I told her I was on the island running an errand and 1pm is best for me she said to just come in. When I arrived at 1pm she greeted me with no smile and said, "I told you you're always late." No, actually, I was not late; and your nail techs have run late a few times, I've patiently sat and waited for them to call my name. When Angel took me to the nail tech she said something in a different language and 3-4 staff members all looked at me. Obviously she said something about how I was late. I felt so uncomfortable and almost walked out but my nails were bad (lol) so I stayed! Because of her attitude that place was the opposite of a relaxing pampering atmosphere, which is what a nail salon should be. There are plenty of nail places in the area, no place is that good where I'd go back after being made to feel uncomfortable and under appreciated. I would rather support a local business that is more professional and that appreciates the fact that I'm a loyal customer. read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year due to convenience, as I live only 5 minutes down the road from the salon, and the last two visits have been horrible. I usually get my eyebrows waxed and also gel mani, with a regular polish pedi. I went to the salon to get my eyebrows waxed and was greeted by the owner, who hollered to the back for one of the techs to do my eyebrows. The woman who usually does them was not in sight, so I followed a woman who barely spoke English to the waxing room. Upon entering, I saw the usual woman, Ashley, and asked if she had time to do them (she's been doing mine for over a year). Ashley had to ask her boss, who in turn hollered from the front table " she will have to come back, get them now with Sam, or come back!" I was very shocked at how unprofessional this conversation was, but was in desperate need of my eyebrow wax. I continued with Sam, who did not speak the entire time during the waxing. She then finished her job and pointed toward the door where I could leave. The owner, Angel and her husband have both checked me out, many times while watching youtube on their phones and not addressing me or thanking me. I have been a regular, and have experienced inconsistencies, with the polish and gel... (chipping within a day for no reason, polish on the skin around the nail left there) in the addition of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior, which is what prompted me to search this site for new salons as well as post this, so maybe other consumers would be aware. It's a shame that a salon like this has these inconsistencies, especially when a younger woman such as myself can recognize lack of professionalism and general etiquette and has been known for the convenient location. I can say that aside from the owners and Angels husband, I have genuinely liked the technicians at this salon, so if this place is needed for the convenience, ask for anyone but Anton, Angel or Angels husband. All other staff is friendly, polite and professional. read more
