I made a last-minute decision to head in here and I'm so glad I did! I wanted a pedicure and manicure, but I felt like I went in a bit too late. It was a little more than an hour before they were closing. I showed them what I wanted for my nails and said that I assumed I didn't have time for a pedicure. They said that they would be happy to do my nails while I sat in the chair for the pedicure. Tom did a great job on the nails and all while he was standing up! Lan was very creative with my toes. There was powder on my fingernails so we couldn't do the same thing on my toes, but she incorporated some of the color and made a great choice! I made appointments for both my mom and me and specifically selected Amy and Jessica from the staff list. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. My mom is handicapped, and I wanted this visit to make her feel special and cared for, but that did not happen. Jessica's pedicure felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. When I got home, I still had to file my nails because they were not smooth. Both technicians seemed more interested in talking among themselves than acknowledging us or making us feel welcome. Their attitude came across as bothered and uninterested. It even felt like perhaps we were treated differently because we chose the regular pedicure instead of a more expensive service. Amy also did not ask my mom if she liked the polish color. I had to ask for it to be changed, and that did not seem to be appreciated. I hop between this salon and another, but after today's service, I absolutely will not be coming back. If you're looking to relax, be prepared to be rushed. From the time I sat and checked out (with a deluxe gel pedicure) the service was less than 30 minutes from start to finish. This includes taking off old polish. The tech was trash. read more

After being a regular for over a year, the owner has a few separate times taken a disrespectful tone with me when attempting to ensure scheduling for my husband and myself was when we needed and with the correct techs. We spend over $150-160 every 2 weeks and if we are disrespected, then it is not worth the patronage of this salon. There had been times when after I had scheduled our appointments with our preferred techs we were given other techs. Therfore, I wanted to ensure time and techs were clearly understood by both of us. Stopped on a whim, wish I hadn't! Worst pedi ever followed by being verbally harassed by workers and clients. This nail salon is dirty, terrible color choices, no real massage, zero talent, loud children running around, and dreadful lighting. If you ask to see the actual polish they look confused. They have it in books only. Obviously you cannot see colors in a book with bad lighting. I'll NEVER set foot (pun intended) in here again. Worst $50 I've even spent. I left before pedicure was even halfway done! I feel so threatened and just bewildered...thought this was the South. Poor people that work here, must work for a BAD owner. We had the worst service here. I had a middle aged man do my pedicure and he cut my cuticle so deep it started bleeding nonstop. My toe was throbbing the whole time and very painful. The guy kept putting this green liquid on the cut but it just kept bleeding. Then he told me to put my foot back in the water. When I did it, it just kept bleeding, I asked him for a cotton ball so I can hold pressure on the wound and he looked at me like I'm crazy. The whole experience was terrible and I was wincing each time that toe was worked on because the cut was deep. When it was all over, I asked in a calm manner if I could get some kind of discount to compensate for the injury i sustained during this pedicure and the "manager" (guy wearing a black vest) was so rude telling me that it was an accident and he made it seem like this is just what happens & that they aren't responsible for any injury. I told him that all I'm asking for is some small discount since my toe is bleeding and it's hurting so much to step on it each time. He asked me, "so you're not happy with the service?" And I said yes. He said "Ok I'll remove the pedicure from your bill and we will not be offering that to you in the future". This did not sit right with me because I've been a regular customer there and I've come there for my pedicures multiple times. My sister who was also there with me told the manager that I was not asking for a free pedicure but instead just a small discount since the service I received caused me to have an injured toe. The guy was so rude and told us "So what do you want? How much discount do you want?"(we told him we'll take whatever discount they are willing to give us) then he proceeded to tell us in rude tone, "We don't give out discounts here because we don't want future customers to think that it's okay for them to ask for discounts" The fact that they were so rude about me asking for some kind of compensation for the injury was really aggravating. This place did not care that I was a regular customer. They expected me to pay them full price & tip them for the horrible service & pedicure I received. The manager also told me, "so if you were at a restaurant and you received bad service, you would do the same & not pay?" Mind you, I had already paid them for the other services (manicure, spa pedicure & gel manicure for my sister which totaled $167) I told him yes I would bring up my concern and ask for some kind of compensation if the service was not satisfactory, especially if an injury was involved. I told that rude "manager" I was only asking for a small discount & that I was willing to pay for that pedicure, he said in a loud and rude tone, "So how much discount do you want?" I felt so humiliated that he was trying to belittle me in front of everyone there and would not just give me a fair price for the horrible service. He ended up taking off $15 off the total bill ($182) so I paid them $167 for everything. I will never come back here again after the way I was treated. That guy in the black vest who said that he was the manager was very disrespectful & rude. This experience was horrible. It's hard for me to bear weight on my right foot where the cut was because the toe is so painful each time I take a step. I'm in my third trimester too so having this injury will make it even harder for me to move around. Whoever owns this establishment needs to give their workers better training when it comes to customer service. read more
