However, they don't extend the same courtesy. I called to make an appointment for July 4 at 12:30. I talked to someone and he repeated my appointment to me. I received a confirmation. They never contacted to let me know that they would be closed on that day instead. I drove from out of town (over 45 minutes). I left a voicemail asking them to call me the next morning to reschedule and they never called.

No Donna nor was the little owner I was accustomed to seeing at that front table. I asked this new person at the front nail table about Donna and was told she didn't work there anymore. So I looked round and noticed two or three others were not there. The whole atmosphere was different. Quiet. Normally you would hear talking going on between techs and clients. None of that. That was one of the main reasons I enjoyed going there because English was being spoken and on tv. Not sure what happened. Then getting my nails done they were a little rough on the cuticles and nipped them so my fingers are a touch sore today. While I appreciate that they hand painted my French tips I wasn't aware of the added cost. From what I looked at online to the price when I left was a good bit different. I figured I would pay $100-$120. I ended up paying $143 with tip. Like I said they did a good job, but I don't think I'll be back or recommending anyone based on the pricing.

My nails looked uneven and poorly painted -- the polish did not cover the sides properly, and there was noticeable mess around the edges, as if little attention had been paid to detail. While I chose not to raise these concerns at the time, I felt that if the service wasn't done correctly the first time, I couldn't reasonably expect improved results upon a second attempt. I hope the salon takes this feedback constructively, as there is definitely room for improvement in consistency and attention to detail.
