If you get this lady ask for someone else. Her utensils were on the floor which is not sanitary and she just has a bad attitude . If i could have given 0 stars i would have

I had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back for nail services! The staff were…read moreprofessional and accommodating. The vibe is friendly and the salon is clean. I called in prior to check on their prices, and the total for my deluxe pedicure and full acrylic set ended up being less than what I thought it would be ($75 total before tip). This was a plus! I came in on a Friday around lunch time, and they were pretty busy. I didn't have to wait though, and sat down right away for my pedicure. I noticed the later it got, the more customers showed up and it got busier. Weekends are probably their busiest. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure, and it was well worth it in my opinion. It has more massage time, extra scrub, wax and a hot towel treatment. The water was the perfect hot temperature to soak my feet in. Everything was sanitary and new packages of tools were used. The massage chair was relaxing and even massaged my shoulders and butt! Kyle did my French tip gel pedicure and he did a great job, especially with the massage. The only thing I didn't like was that he had to cough several times, and a few times he coughed on me. I hope he wasn't sick! For my nails, I requested square, French tips, with a bow design on one nail. The lady who did them was quick and did an awesome job. I absolutely love them! I definitely recommend this salon for nail services. I did see multiple people come in for eyebrow waxing, so I may try that service in the future. I did see a few comments on Google Reviews of people who don't like the fact that the staff speak to each other in their native language. And to that I say, if you don't like it, simply go somewhere else! The staff speaks English perfectly fine and I witnessed many regulars come in and had no problem with the staff speaking two languages.

I had not been there for about a month or so. My tech was Donna and she always did a superb job…read more Today I go in as a walk in looking for Donna. No Donna nor was the little owner I was accustomed to seeing at that front table. I asked this new person at the front nail table about Donna and was told she didn't work there anymore. So I looked round and noticed two or three others were not there. The whole atmosphere was different. Quiet. Normally you would hear talking going on between techs and clients. None of that. That was one of the main reasons I enjoyed going there because English was being spoken and on tv. Not sure what happened. At least two others came by asking for Donna too and chose not to have nails done. Who knows why. I will say though, the nails were done beautifully. Mine were too. Great job but not that friendly atmosphere I enjoyed.

I just want to say the nail tech who did my nails was super friendly. However , when I picked my…read morepedicure service I felt pressured to get upgraded, which I ended up doing. I had to request to get my old acrylic soaked off since I wasn't okay with using a new tip and peeling the off. The clipping of my toes was a little rough and he pulled into my nail a few times - honestly it's turned me off wanting a pedicure. Then getting my nails done they were a little rough on the cuticles and nipped them so my fingers are a touch sore today. While I appreciate that they hand painted my French tips I wasn't aware of the added cost. From what I looked at online to the price when I left was a good bit different. I figured I would pay $100-$120. I ended up paying $143 with tip. Like I said they did a good job, but I don't think I'll be back or recommending anyone based on the pricing.
