Now named Zen Den this lady literally had to change her business name and location because she had…read moreso many bad reviews. she cancels appointments all the time, refuses to give refunds, gets overly personal in her communications and is extremely rude. she cancelled two of my appointments in a row and refused to refund one of them. she "banned" me from her business after I expressed frustration for the situation and she told me I didn't care about her health and family situation which had never been mentioned before, not that it should as this was a business interaction. if her cancellation was an isolated incident I could understand but she had a ton of reviews on her last site and on a local Facebook page saying she did the same to them. I suggested she shut down until she figured her life out instead of taking peoples money and not providing services.

No Donna nor was the little owner I was accustomed to seeing at that front table. I asked this new person at the front nail table about Donna and was told she didn't work there anymore. Then getting my nails done they were a little rough on the cuticles and nipped them so my fingers are a touch sore today. While I appreciate that they hand painted my French tips I wasn't aware of the added cost. From what I looked at online to the price when I left was a good bit different. I figured I would pay $100-$120. I ended up paying $143 with tip. Like I said they did a good job, but I don't think I'll be back or recommending anyone based on the pricing.
