Now named Zen Den this lady literally had to change her business name and location because she had…read moreso many bad reviews. she cancels appointments all the time, refuses to give refunds, gets overly personal in her communications and is extremely rude. she cancelled two of my appointments in a row and refused to refund one of them. she "banned" me from her business after I expressed frustration for the situation and she told me I didn't care about her health and family situation which had never been mentioned before, not that it should as this was a business interaction. if her cancellation was an isolated incident I could understand but she had a ton of reviews on her last site and on a local Facebook page saying she did the same to them. I suggested she shut down until she figured her life out instead of taking peoples money and not providing services.

Nazareth did my head spa and she was so sweet and thorough the entire time. I now go to smaller places like these because I find they usually do a better job. I was on Amelia Island accompanying my husband who attended a conference at the Ritz. I wanted a massage without the $300 price tag from the hotel, so I came here because of the reviews I had read and was not disappointed! I wanted a deep tissue massage to work out my knots. Danielle was wonderful and found tight knots in spots I didn't even know I had them! Whenever she found a trouble area, she spent time on it rather than just continuing the routine. That's what made it excellent! I felt so good afterwards because the tightness had dissipated. I wish I would have had time to come back to continue working on those knots and it made me realize I need to find a therapist local to me so that I can continue the treatments and get rid of those knots once and for all.
