This is a very large establishment, as they have about 24 Pedicure chairs and 2 children's chairs. There are plenty of nail specialists to handle the clients. They also have 20 manicure tables. The price was common enough. We paid $35 for the Classic Pedicure(without gel). Gel is an extra $15. I had a gentleman that clearly has been doing this for a while. We didnt chat. He just got right to it. Remove polish, cut down nails and sand nails (pretty sure that isn't what they call it, but you get the idea). He didnt use a dremel as may feet didnt warrant it. He scrubs the toes including the tops of your feet(rather aggressively), but effective. Then it is time for the calf sugar scrub, moisturizer and massage. Strong hands are good, but no finesse. This is very off-putting if you have sensitive feet. He is professional and polite. The hot towel is my favorite and it didn't disappoint. Temperature that the hot shower gods would approve. He shaped my toes as I requested and was meticulous with his paint process. There aren't any fans to put your feet under to dry. I just sat in the chair with the toe spreader on with my sandals. I was unsure how long it would take to dry. They have two big screen televisions and music playing in the background (not too loud). There is a cooler in front with pop and water. I don't know if it is for customers though or if you can purchase a drink. I can ask next time. They have earned my service and I will be back. Job well done! read more

After a year long relationship with my previous provider came to a close, it was time to start fresh. I had seen this place before when visiting Grumpy's . Reading the reviews it seemed like a good fit. Walking in it was very spacious. We were seen immediately. Quickly we were guided to our massage chairs and the service began. The options were plentiful. The price was higher than what I was paying previously but in the end , it was worth it. Great service read more

My mom and I have visited Blush before, usually nail quality is to our liking along with customer service, but this time my mom's nail tech got up multiple times, laughing with the other nail techs like teenage girls & was NOT focused on her work whatsoever. Of course, this had to happen when my mom has a out of state event and unable to return to this salon to have this issue resolved. Very rude customer service!! I'm not sure I will visit Blush again. VERY disappointing after paying for a quality nail job. I will NOT be recommending this salon to any of my friends. My mom called Blush, the manager said she will reimburse for a free manicure- yet never even took my mom's contact information to ensure this FREE manicure will be credited to my mom after their mistake. read more

I was sitting waiting for a nail technician and someone walked in with their dog. Cute little dog, no service animal vest or collar. One of the technicians walked over to greet the dog, and the dog peed all over the floor. Then multiple employees came over to greet the dog. The owner of the dog seemed to think it was cute that her dog "piddled " and walked over with a dry paper towel and wiped it up. Everyone went back to their guest. No one washed their hands. I just couldn't stay. A nail salon is no place for a dog. And if you are going to allow people in with their animals that are not service animals hygiene is important. read more

This place is so elegant and beautiful. Have followed my nail tech for 3 years. When she told me she was moving her services to Yulee, I was gonna try the drive from Jacksonville. The drive wasn't too bad. I was pleasantly surprised at the salon. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic about the new salon. It is a good time and a great experience. The pedicure chairs are super strong and gave my back such a good massage. My nail tech does really great work (don't know if she wants me to drop her name, Kellee) and Lena did a great job on my feet. Quinn is a great business owner, wants to make sure the level of service exceeds expectation. Give it a try and enjoy the experience! Kim was great today for my pedicure. read more

Ok y'all. I've posted a review on Google right after they opened. I have to do a new review. Quinn and Kellie have always been outstanding, but Kellie uped the game today. A touch of context. My 6yr old grandson has to have open heart surgery on Monday. With all the appointments he has been learning about the human heart. We needed a design for him. Knocked it out of the park. Kellie did this entire design by hand and it is amazing! The salon is also still very nice, classy and has a great atmosphere. Sorry, I had to gush about the design. read more

I went to Blush on 7/19, and Van did my nails. I wanted to wait before I wrote a review, because while he did an excellent job, he took great care with his manicure/pedicure. He did the full time on the nail dryer. The true test for me, is the manicure lasting. It has been 2 weeks as of yesterday! They still look amazing. The only reason why I will go into have them done is because of growth! Very pleased! Will definitely go back, and recommend to all my friends! read more

Upon entering the newly renovated building of Blush, I was immediately struck by the luxurious ambiance. Despite not having an appointment, I was pleased to be accommodated promptly, along with my mother-in-law. The full-set manicure was executed with utmost care, causing no discomfort whatsoever. I chose a pink sparkly dip color from those books. Later, when it was time for color, I was told that shade was not available, so I picked another color, still under the assumption we were doing dip. Near the end of the service, I realized he was doing a gel acrylic process instead of dip powder. I had never had dip before, so I did not immediately recognize the steps, but once I did, I spoke up. He then claimed he "didn't know," which does not make sense given that I stated the service at check-in and selected from dip powder books. At that point, instead of acknowledging the mistake, multiple staff members insisted it was my fault and still attempted to charge me. I was also told I could leave with my nails partially done and not have to pay, but this came only after the situation had escalated and become circular. Looking back, the color situation raises concerns. I selected a dip powder color from a dip book, yet was told it was not available. Given that the service being performed had shifted to gel without being confirmed, it suggests the color may have been treated as unavailable because it did not fit the service they had already started, rather than because it did not exist. The interaction then became repetitive and unproductive. I was told over and over that it was my fault because I came in with acrylic on my nails, even though I had clearly requested removal and a different service. The technician also kept repeating that the service "would have been $60," which had nothing to do with the issue. I was initially willing to tip because I understood time had been spent, but it became clear that responsibility was being redirected instead of addressed. The only reason this situation fully resolved without escalation is because another customer stepped in and offered to pay. The salon itself did not correct the mistake or take responsibility. Dip powder and gel acrylic are completely different services. At no point was a change in service confirmed with me, despite choosing from dip powder books and requesting dip from the beginning. This is not a simple misunderstanding. It follows a pattern: perform a different service, avoid confirming the change, and when questioned, deny awareness, repeat irrelevant points, and shift responsibility onto the customer to justify payment. Be very clear about what you want and watch the process closely from the start if you come here. Even though I ultimately didn't have to pay, I'm still so pissed because they look awful and I will now have to go through this whole process again in the next couple of days but this time, It will be awful getting them roved because they are fresh. I can't believe this.

Thankfully, I was seated next to a long-timer who was very polite and friendly and super helpful with her recommendations. We got the pretty basic pedi since we were on a somewhat of a time crunch. I was really impressed! I'm super critical about my feet, especially in the summer and after being laid up for 3 months after leg surgery my feet looked like I could swoop down and drag fish out of the ocean! I'm from Cincinnati and by the time I was able to "walk" again I didn't have time to get my talons taken care of before I left. I was so happy with the service, price and ambiance. I will ABSOLUTELY come here next time I'm in town! My bff who lives here was so impressed she and her daughter are coming back for the awesome suggestion to get the "volcano" treatment. I had to be very careful with my treatment since my surgery incision was still not completely healed. And the gentleman who was working on me was very conscious of this and took every precaution to make sure my incision wasn't compromised or anything would possibly hurt it. I love this place and I think my bff will now start using the Nails Place on a regular basis. (She's new to the area). Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
